serves as a warning that political movements akin to Nazism can come to power
in countries such as the United States when people blindly support their
leaders

Question– Why is mortality in Scotland higher
in 2021 than 2020?
Answer– Because more people are dying. And the reason more people
are dying is because more people have been vaccinated. In other words, there’s
a link between rising mortality and the Covid-19 vaccine.
Question– You can’t prove that.
Answer– You’re right, I can’t. The evidence is all circumstantial.
But it is compelling, all the same. For example, rising mortality isn’t just
happening in Scotland. It’s happening in many of the countries that launched
mass vaccination campaigns earlier in the year. They’re all seeing a
significant uptick in all-cause mortality. Why is that? What are they doing
differently in 2021 than they did in the years before?
Question– I can see what you’re getting at,
but I still don’t think you have enough evidence to make your case.
Answer– Okay, then you tell me: Why are
more people dying in 2021 than 2020? And, keep in mind, all-cause mortality
isn’t just up a bit; it’s smashing the five-year average. Check out this recent

were almost 20% above normal for the most recent week, and the trend is

Question– But how can you build a case on
data from just one country? It’s ridiculous.
Answer– But it’s not just Scotland. The same rule applies to many

Victims of Adverse Vaccine Reactions Need To Be Heard
Sheryl Ruettgers,
who is the wife of former Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Ken Ruettgers, is among those who have suffered severe adverse
effects from a COVID-19 injection.
Four days after receiving the first
dose of the Moderna COVID-19 shot in January 2021,
Sheryl experienced a severe neurological reaction. She is still experiencing
muscle pain, numbness, weakness and paresthesia that
inhibit her daily activities.1 When she
connected on social media with others who had been injured by the injections,
the private pages were shut down.
After connecting with doctors,
nurses and other individuals who had experienced firsthand accounts of adverse
reactions, the group wrote a letter to Dr. Janet Woodcock, acting commissioner
of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and Dr. Rochelle Walensky,
director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It stated:2
“We
deserve and strongly request transparency and acknowledgment of these vaccine
reactions so that there can be a beginning to the discoveries and developments
in the care that we desperately need. Until acknowledgement of these adverse
reactions exists, it will be impossible for people to receive care.
We are
pleading that you make the medical community aware of these reactions so we can
get the medical care that we need and hopefully recover and return to our
previously healthy lives.”
The group received no response from
federal officials, which led Ken to start the website C19 Vax
Reactions,3 for people to share their
stories. There you can read over 500 real testimonies of adverse reactions to
the shots and view dozens of videos detailing individuals’ reactions.
In one example, 17-year-old Everest
Romney received his first dose of the Pfizer shot, and experienced extreme
swelling in his arm and neck that night.4 Two days later, the
previously healthy athlete was unable to lift his head due to the pain and
swelling. A pediatrician dismissed the concerns, blaming them on a sports
injury.
His mother insisted on a CT scan,
which revealed a blood clot inside his jugular vein on the same side he got the
shot. Rare blood clots in his brain were also later revealed. He ended up in
the ICU, where doctors still refused to acknowledge that the clots could be
linked to the shot.
Adverse Reactions Are Being Ignored
Medical observations from doctors,
nurses, first responders, general practitioners and other medical professionals
regarding negative vaccine reactions are also included at C19 Vax Reactions. For example, Karen W. stated:5
“I work
in andrology in a fertility clinic. The rumors about the increase in miscarriages is not a rumor.
It’s real. We are seeing it, and it started when the shots rolled out to the
general public, in March/April.”
Another medical professional, Dr.
Katherine R., said:6
“I have
seen pulmonary emboli, DVTs, psoriasis exacerbations/ diffuse rashes,
peripheral neuropathy, and CVAs from the shots. I purposefully look to see when
the patient has received their shots. None of my colleagues care to look or
ask. It is a nonissue for them. A potential reaction after vaccine is likely to
be a coincidence, I’m told.”
Y.D., another doctor, similarly
stated:7
“I've
seen 2 instances of previously localized cancers turn metastatic within a month
of the second dose. I've seen 1 instance of polyarticular
arthritis in an otherwise healthy mid 30's male. 1 instance
of disseminated mucosal vasculitis in a 20 something
female. 1 death from a rhinovirus infection after
vaccination.”
This is the type of data that need
to be collected, analyzed and studied in the midst of this unprecedented
injection campaign, but instead those who speak out are silenced or
discredited. Kyle Warner, a 29-year-old professional mountain bike racer,
developed pericarditis, postural orthostatic
tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and reactive arthritis following his second dose of
Pfizer’s COVID-19 shot.8
An ER doctor refused to believe it
was an adverse reaction to the jab and instead blamed it on a “psychotic
episode.” At the Real, Not Rare rally held in Washington, D.C., Warner spoke
before politicians to make a difference in the support level for
vaccine-injured people — which is nonexistent in the
U.S. — and voice opposition to vaccine mandates.
Their mission is to gain
acknowledgement from elected officials and federal health agencies of vaccine
adverse reactions and raise awareness within the medical community about these
reactions. The Real, Not Rare website has also collected dozens of stories from
people who have been injured by COVID-19 shots.9 They also want to
stop the denial of certain vaccine exemptions and stop vaccine mandates:10
“Real
lives are being affected by ‘not so rare’ consequences. Many vaccine injured
individuals are seeking acknowledgment by the media and government so they can
receive better healthcare and treatment. Vaccine injured individuals did their
part by getting this vaccine, and now they need your help.”
Without Acknowledgment, ‘We Don’t
Exist’
In a second letter to the CDC and
FDA, dated September 4, 2021, the “ever-growing group of Americans who have
suffered severe and ongoing neurological adverse reactions” to the COVID-19
shots, asked for acknowledgement that these reactions exist. “Until you
acknowledge us, we simply do not exist,” they wrote, adding:11
“Doctors
tell us repeatedly that if neurological reactions were occurring, the medical
community would be promptly notified by the CDC and FDA … The experts at the
NIH have stated that they believe these reactions are treatable and that early
intervention is key to reducing the severity and
duration of these disabling reactions.
Given
that these adverse reactions are being denied recognition, it is impossible for
those who are injured to receive any early intervention and, therefore people
remain hopelessly injured.”
Four Categories of Adverse Events
Described
While health officials remain silent
about COVID-19 injection reactions, the growing number of reports cannot be
silenced forever. Board-certified internist and cardiologist Dr. Peter
McCullough12 detailed the nonfatal syndromes that are occurring
after COVID-19 shots, which cause symptoms similar to that of long COVID in
many cases. The shot-induced syndromes fall into four areas, the first being
cardiac.
In addition to myocarditis,
a recognized adverse reaction to the shots, atrial
fibrillation in young people and pericarditis can
also occur post-COVID-19 shot. The second category of
shot-induced syndromes is neurologic, which causes neurological symptoms
similar to those among COVID-19 long haulers, as well as additional, more
serious, effects. This includes Guillain-Barré
syndrome, which can be fatal, bell’s palsy, seizures,
persistent headaches and blood clots in the brain.
The third category is immunologic,
which includes suppression of lymphocyte count and reactivation of other viral
syndromes, including Epstein-Barr virus and shingles. The fourth category —
hematologic — occurs about two weeks after the shot and describes
vaccine-induced thrombocytopenic purpura.
Signs include bruising all over the
body, bleeding from the gums and nose and dark urine. If you notice these signs
in the weeks after receiving a COVID-19 injection, get to a hospital
immediately.
For those suffering from these
shot-induced syndromes, the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Working Group’s
I-RECOVER13 protocol for long-haul COVID syndrome has been used to
treat shot-induced symptoms with similar success. The protocol can be
downloaded in full,14 giving you
step-by-step instructions on how to treat reactions from COVID-19 injections.
Let Your Voice Be Heard
I am dedicated now more than ever to
individuals and families who have been injured by these vaccines. They were not
informed of the risks. They believed what they were told — that the vaccines
were safe and effective. These people’s lives have been changed forever. They
have been isolated, unsupported and shamed; wading through grief in the wake of
vaccine mandates established “for the greater good.”
The more devoted I became in
supporting the ethical principal of informed consent to medical risk taking —
which includes the legal right to make voluntary decisions about getting an
experimental injection — the more the attacks from the media, the government
and pharmaceutical companies were compounded.
People recognize truth when they see
and hear it. We are united in our philosophical opposition to government health
officials intimidating, threatening and coercing citizens to violate their
conscientiously-held beliefs. Censorship is pervasive; big tech has colluded
with dictators and pharmaceutical companies to bury the harms occurring through
these experimental vaccines, including death.

Pathologized Totalitarianism 101
So, GloboCap
has crossed the Rubicon. The final phase of its transformation of society
into a pathologized-totalitarian dystopia, where
mandatory genetic-therapy injections and digital compliance papers are
commonplace, is now officially underway. On November 19, 2021, the government
of New Normal Austria decreed that, as of February, experimental mRNA injections will be
mandatory for the entire population. This decree comes in the midst of Austria’s official persecution of “the
Unvaccinated,” i.e.,
political dissidents and other persons of conscience who refuse to convert to
the new official ideology and submit to a series of mRNA injections,
purportedly to combat a virus that causes mild-to-moderate
flu-like symptoms (or no symptoms of any kind at all) in about 95% of the
infected and the overall infection fatality rate of
which is approximately 0.1% to 0.5%. Austria is just the tip of the New
Normal spear. Prominent New-Normal fascists in Germany, like Der Führer of
Bavaria, Markus Söder, and Minister of Propaganda Karl Lauterbach, are already calling for an allgemeine
Impfpflicht (i.e., “compulsory vaccination
requirement”), which should not come as a surprise to anyone. The Germans are
not going sit idly by and let the Austrians publicly out-fascist them, are
they? They have a reputation to uphold, after all! Italy will probably be
next to join in, unless Lithuania or Australia beats them to the punch. But, seriously, this is just the
beginning of the Winter Siege I wrote about recently. The plan
seems to be to New-Normalize Europe first — generally speaking, Europeans are
more docile, respectful of all authority, and not very well armed — and then
use it as leverage to force the new pathologized
totalitarianism on the USA, and the UK, and the rest of the world. I do not believe this plan will
succeed. In spite of the longest and most intensive propaganda campaign in
the history of propaganda, there remain enough of us who steadfastly refuse
to accept the “New Normal” as our new reality. And a lot of us are angry, extremely
angry … militantly, explosively angry. We are not “vaccine hesitant” or
“anti-vax” or “Covid-denying
conspiracy theorists.” We are millions of regular working-class people,
people with principles, who value freedom, who are not prepared to go gently
into the globalized, pathologized-totalitarian
night. We no longer give the slightest shit whether our former friends and
family members who have gone New Normal understand what this is. We do. We
understand exactly what this is. It is a nascent form of totalitarianism, and
we intend to kill it — or at least critically wound it — before it matures
into a full-grown behemoth. Now, I want to be absolutely clear. I
am not advocating or condoning violence. But it is going to happen. It is
happening already. Totalitarianism (even this “pathologized”
version of it) is imposed on society and maintained with violence. Fighting
totalitarianism inevitably entails violence. It is not my preferred tactic in
the current circumstances, but it is unavoidable now that we have reached
this stage, and it is important that those of fighting this fight recognize
that violence is a natural response to the violence (and the implicit threat
of violence) that is being deployed against us by the New Normal authorities,
and the masses they have whipped up into a fanatical frenzy. It is also important (essential, I
would argue) to make the violence of the New Normal visible, i.e., to frame
this fight in political terms, and not in the pseudo-medical terms propagated
by the official Covid narrative). This isn’t an
academic argument over the existence, severity, or the response to a virus. This
is a fight to determine the future of our societies. This fact, above all, is what the
global-capitalist ruling classes are determined to conceal. The roll-out of
the New Normal will fail if it is perceived as political (i.e., a form
of totalitarianism). It relies on our inability to see it as what it is. So
it hides itself and the violence it perpetrates within a pseudo-medical
official narrative, rendering itself immune to political opposition. We need to deny it this perceptual
redoubt, this hermeneutic hiding place. We need to make it show itself as
what it is, a “pathologized” form of
totalitarianism. In order to do that, we need to understand it … its internal
logic, and its strengths, and weaknesses. Pathologized Totalitarianism I have been describing the New Normal
as “pathologized totalitarianism” and predicting
that compulsory “vaccination” was coming since at least as early as May 2020.
(See, e.g., The New Pathologized
Totalitarianism). I
use the term “totalitarianism” intentionally, not for effect, but for the
sake of accuracy. The New Normal is still a nascent totalitarianism, but its
essence is unmistakably evident. I described that essence in a recent column: “The essence of totalitarianism — regardless of which costumes
and ideology it wears — is a desire to completely control society, every
aspect of society, every individual behavior and thought. Every
totalitarian system, whether an entire nation, a tiny cult, or any other form
of social body, evolves toward this unachievable goal … the total
ideological transformation and control of every single element of society …
This fanatical pursuit of total control, absolute ideological uniformity, and
the elimination of all dissent, is what makes totalitarianism totalitarianism.” In October 2020, I published The Covidian
Cult, which has
since grown into a series of essays examining New-Normal (i.e., pathologized) totalitarianism as “a cult writ large, on a
societal scale.” This analogy holds true for all forms of totalitarianism,
but especially for New Normal totalitarianism, as it is the first global
form of totalitarianism in history, and thus: “The cult/culture paradigm has been inverted. Instead of the
cult existing as an island within the dominant culture, the cult has
become the dominant culture, and those of us who have not joined the cult
have become the isolated islands within it.” In The Covidian
Cult (Part III),
I noted: “In order to oppose this new form of totalitarianism, we
need to understand how it both resembles and differs from earlier
totalitarian systems. The similarities are fairly obvious — i.e., the
suspension of constitutional rights, governments ruling by decree, official
propaganda, public loyalty rituals, the outlawing of political opposition,
censorship, social segregation, goon squads terrorizing the public, and so on
— but the differences are not as obvious. And I described how New Normal
totalitarianism fundamentally differs from 20th-Century totalitarianism in
terms of its ideology, or seeming lack thereof. “Whereas 20th-Century totalitarianism was more or less
national and overtly political, New Normal totalitarianism is supranational,
and its ideology is much more subtle. The New Normal is not Nazism or
Stalinism. It’s global-capitalist totalitarianism, and global capitalism
doesn’t have an ideology, technically, or, rather, its ideology is
‘reality’.” But the most significant difference
between 20th-Century totalitarianism and this nascent, global totalitarianism
is how New Normal totalitarianism “pathologizes”
its political nature, effectively rendering itself invisible, and thus immune
to political opposition. Whereas 20th-Century totalitarianism wore its
politics on its sleeve, New Normal totalitarianism presents itself as a
non-ideological (i.e., supra-political) reaction to a global public health
emergency. And, thus, its classic totalitarian
features — e.g., the revocation of basic rights and freedoms, centralization
of power, rule by decree, oppressive policing of the population, demonization
and persecution of a “scapegoat” underclass, censorship, propaganda, etc. —
are not hidden, because they are impossible to hide, but are recontextualized in a pathologized
official narrative. The Untermenschen
become “the Unvaccinated.” Swastika lapel pins become medical-looking
masks. Aryan ID papers become “vaccination passes.” Irrefutably senseless
social restrictions and mandatory public-obedience rituals become
“lockdowns,” “social distancing,” and so on. The world is united in a Goebbelsian total war, not against an external enemy
(i.e., a racial or political enemy), but against an internal, pathological
enemy. This pathologized
official narrative is more powerful (and insidious) than any ideology, as it
functions, not as a belief system or ethos, but rather, as objective
“reality.” You cannot argue with or oppose “reality.” “Reality” has no
political opponents. Those who challenge “reality” are “insane,” i.e.,
“conspiracy theorists,” “anti-vaxxers,” “Covid deniers,” “extremists,” etc. And, thus, the pathologized New Normal narrative also pathologizes its political opponents, simultaneously
stripping us of political legitimacy and projecting its own violence onto us. 20th-Century totalitarianism also
blamed its violence on its scapegoats (i.e., Jews, socialists,
counter-revolutionaries, etc.) but it did not attempt to erase its violence.
On the contrary, it displayed it openly, in order to terrorize the masses.
New Normal totalitarianism cannot do this. It can’t go openly totalitarian,
because capitalism and totalitarianism are ideologically contradictory. Global-capitalist ideology will not
function as an official ideology in an openly totalitarian society. It
requires the simulation of “democracy,” or at least a simulation of
market-based “freedom.” A society can be intensely authoritarian, but, to
function in the global-capitalist system, it must allow its people the basic
“freedom” that capitalism offers to all consumers, the right/obligation to
participate in the market, to own and exchange commodities, etc. This “freedom” can be conditional or
extremely restricted, but it must exist to some degree. Saudi Arabia and
China are two examples of openly authoritarian GloboCap
societies that are nevertheless not entirely totalitarian, because they can’t
be and remain a part of the system. Their advertised official ideologies
(i.e., Islamic fundamentalism and communism) basically function as
superficial overlays on the fundamental global-capitalist ideology which
dictates the “reality” in which everyone lives. These “overlay” ideologies
are not fake, but when they come into conflict with global-capitalist
ideology, guess which ideology wins. The point is, New
Normal totalitarianism — and any global-capitalist form of
totalitarianism — cannot display itself as totalitarianism, or even
authoritarianism. It cannot acknowledge its political nature. In order to
exist, it must not exist. Above all, it must erase its violence (the
violence that all politics ultimately comes down to) and appear to us as
an essentially beneficent response to a legitimate “global health crisis”
(and a “climate change crisis,” and a “racism crisis,” and whatever other
“global crises” GloboCap thinks will terrorize the
masses into a mindless, order-following hysteria). This pathologization
of totalitarianism — and the political/ideological conflict we have been
engaged in for the past 20 months — is the most significant difference
between New Normal totalitarianism and 20th-Century totalitarianism. The
entire global-capitalist apparatus (i.e., corporations, governments,
supranational entities, the corporate and state media, academia, etc.) has
been put into service to achieve this objective. We need to come to terms with this
fact. We do. Not the New Normals. Us. GloboCap is on the verge of remaking society
into a smiley-happy pathologized-totalitarian
dystopia where they can mandate experimental genetic “therapies,” and any
other type of “therapies” they want, and force us to show our “compliance
papers” to go about the most basic aspects of life. This remaking of society
is violent. It is being carried out by force, with violence and the
ever-present threat of violence. We need to face that, and act accordingly. Here in New Normal Germany, if you try
to go grocery shopping without a medical-looking mask, armed police will
remove you from the premises (and I am saying this from personal experience).
In New Normal Australia, if you go to synagogue, the media will be alerted and the
police will surround you. In Germany, Australia, France, Italy, The
Netherlands, Belgium, and many other countries, if you exercise your right to
assemble and protest, the police will hose you down with water cannons, shoot you with rubber bullets (and sometimes real bullets), spray toxic agents into your eyes, and just generally beat the crap out of you. And so on. Those of us fighting for
our rights and opposing this pathologized
totalitarianism are all-too familiar with the reality of its violence, and
the hatred it has fomented in the New Normal masses. We experience it on a
daily basis. We feel it every time we’re forced to wear a mask, when some
official (or waiter) demands to see our “papers.” We feel it when we are
threatened by our government, when we are gaslighted
and demonized by the media, by doctors, celebrities, random strangers, and by
our colleagues, friends, and family members. We recognize the look in their eyes.
We remember where it comes from, and what it leads to. It isn’t just ignorance, mass
hysteria, confusion, or an overreaction, or fear … or, OK, yes, it is all
those things, but it’s also textbook totalitarianism (notwithstanding the new
pathologized twist). Totalitarianism 101. Look it in the eye, and act
accordingly. |

French citizens without booster shot will be locked out of parts
of society
French residents over the age of 65 will have their vaccine
passports deactivated if they do not take the booster shot when they are
eligible. The vaccine passport is required to access most entertainment and
leisure venues.
The French government recently announced that booster shots are available. All
people over 65 are eligible for the booster shots if it has been six months since
their second dose of the vaccine.

The government said seniors above the age of 65 who do not get their booster
shot when they become eligible will have their vaccine passport deactivated and
so they will be locked out of much of society.
If it has been six months since the second dose of the vaccine, the government
will allow those eligible five weeks to get the
booster shot. The government will begin enforcing the new rule on December 15.
Other groups who are eligible for the booster shots include those with
underlying conditions and health workers. However, their passes will continue
to work even if they do not get the booster shot.
The booster shots will become available to those over the age of 50 in early
December.
In France, the vaccine passport is required when entering venues such as bars,
restaurants, other entertainments and leisure venues, and long-distance train
travel. Aside from being fully vaccinated, one can get the pass if they have
recently recovered from Covid or for having a
negative test in the past 72 hours.

Latvian lawmakers who can't show a vaccine passport will be banned
from votes
Starting Monday, November 15, lawmakers who can’t produce a
vaccine passport in Latvia will not be allowed to attend in-person and remote
meetings. Additionally, they will not be paid.
Saeima, the parliament of the Republic of Latvia,
approved the law in a 62-7 vote. Starting Monday, when the nation-wide lockdown
ends, members of the Saeima and the members of local
governments have to show a vaccine passport to attend sessions.
However, they can still attend parliament sessions if they show proof of
recovery from a recent COVID-19 infection or a medical exemption combined with
a negative test.
The law will be enforced from Monday until July 1 next year, according to the Baltic News Service.
According to Latvian Television, of the 100 members of the Saeima,
91 have been double vaccinated. 696 of the 758 members of local governments can
show a vaccine passport.
A few weeks ago, the Saeima also allowed employers to
fire employees who are required to be vaccinated but have not shown a vaccine
passport.

YouTube censors Senator Ron Johnson
YouTube has temporarily suspended Sen. Ron Johnson again
over COVID-19 “misinformation.” This time, he was suspended over remarks about
COVID deaths and vaccine injuries.
“The updated figures today are 17,619,” Johnson said.
“That is 225 times the number of deaths in just a 10-month period versus an
annual figure for the flu vaccine. These vaccine injuries are real.”
Critics of the Biden administration guidelines surrounding the pandemic, like
Sen. Johnson, often claim the government exaggerates the number of deaths and
also claim that the government suppresses the deaths caused by the vaccines.
In a statement, a YouTube spokesperson said: “We craft our policies to reduce
the risk of real-world harm, updating them as official guidance evolves, and we
consider the context of a video to make exceptions that balance open discussion
of people’s experiences with preventing the spread of harmful misinformation.”
YouTube added that a shorter version of the video that does not contain the
controversial remarks is still available.
Following the ban, Sen. Johnson released a statement accusing Big Tech of
censoring the truth:
“Once again Big Tech is censoring the truth. Why won’t they let the vaccine
injured tell their stories and medical experts give a second opinion? Why can’t
we discuss the harmful effects of mandates? Apparently, the Biden
administration and federal health agencies must not be questioned. How many
more lives will be needlessly destroyed?"
The conservative senator has previously been suspended from YouTube for claiming hydroxychloroquine
is an effective treatment for COVID-19. In response to the ban at the time, he
said:
"YouTube's ongoing COVID censorship proves they have accumulated too much
unaccountable power.”
RULED BY ALGORITHM
Twitter decides Welsh language is offensive, censors academic
Twitter suspended a Welsh academic for posting a tweet about
Welsh grammar in the Welsh language. The platform claimed that the tweet
violated its rules against “hateful conduct.” It really didn't.
On November 13, Dr. Sara Louise Wheeler, a guest researcher at Wrexham Glyndwr University, posted a harmless tweet about
Welsh grammar in the Welsh language.
“I want Welsh that doesn’t need to
be corrected,” she tweeted in Welsh. “I’ve tried reading loads of Welsh grammar
books over the last twenty years – but I just don’t learn that way.
“But as I said tonight I can remember the songs in performances. Aran Jones is going to try and harness this.”
Shortly after posting, Twitter deleted the tweet and suspended her. In the
suspension notice, Twitter said her tweet violated its rules against hateful
conduct, adding: “You may not promote violence against, threaten or harass
other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual
orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability or
serious disease.”
Wheeler announced the Twitter suspension on Instagram.
“Suspended in Twitter for tweeting in Welsh about my struggles to learn Welsh
grammar,” she wrote.
“Careful my friends, better not talk about Welsh grammar in Welsh on Twitter it’s hateful conduct apparently.”

Canadian court rejects human rights violation accusation against Facebook
The British of Columbia Human Rights Tribunal has declined a
complaint filed by a Facebook user claiming the
platform discriminated against him on the basis of his sexual orientation. The
provincial tribunal said that the case fell under the federal jurisdiction.
Ryan Elson filed a complaint with the tribunal in 2019 claiming that Facebook discriminated against him on the basis of sexual
orientation." Elson updated the complaint this year, claiming that Facebook retaliated against him for announcing his
intention to file a human rights complaint.
"The basis of the complaint is Facebook’s
alleged temporary restriction of Mr. Elson’s use of Facebook’s
service for one week in September 2019," BC Human Rights Tribunal member
Paul Singh wrote in the decision to reject the case.
"Mr. Elson further alleges that Facebook
retaliated against him by allegedly censoring a post in which he allegedly
stated he intended to file a human rights complaint."
Elson’s complaint states that he identifies as “a biological male who prefers
biological males.” He argues that he is “entitled to express [his] opinion”
that the “trans ideology is destructive to [his] freedom to have a sexual
orientation.”
Initially, the Tribunal rejected some of the allegations, saying he could only
complain about the “allegation of discrimination on the basis of sexual
orientation.”
In August, Facebook filed for Elson’s complaint to be
dismissed because it does not fall under the jurisdiction of the provincial
tribunal.
Singh explained that telecommunications fall under “federal undertaking.” In
the decision, he said that Elson filed his complaint with the Canadian Human
Rights Commission (CHRC), which also denied jurisdiction. However, the
provincial tribunal noted that Elson did not submit a copy of the complaint
filed with the CHRC.
"Instead, he has filed a brief email from an unidentified person in the
CHRC 'complaints services' department in which the department says it declined
to accept his complaint on jurisdictional grounds because Facebook
'is not a telecommunications company or internet service provider – it is just
a website,'" Singh's decision says.
Singh argued that "case law is clear that federal jurisdiction is not
limited to telecommunications companies and internet service providers."
He added that the BCHRT "has found that federal jurisdiction extends to a
variety of communications and business activities that take place over the
internet."
Ultimately, Elson’s case was dismissed over jurisdiction issues. Both the
federal and provincial tribunals did not address the reason the complaint was
filed, which was the potential discrimination on the basis of sexual
orientation.

Joe Biden’s administration on Friday announced it is raising Medicare premiums, a move it blamed in part on the cost of drugs
The Medicare
Part B standard monthly premium will rise by nearly $22 to $170.10 next
year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services said.
“The
increase in the Part B premium for 2022 is continued evidence that rising drug
costs threaten the affordability and sustainability of the Medicare program,”
Chiquita Brooks-LaSure, administrator of the agency,
said in a statement.
“The
Biden-Harris Administration is working to make drug prices more affordable and
equitable for all Americans, and to advance drug pricing reform through
competition, innovation, and transparency,” she added.
The move
also stemmed from the limiting of the monthly premium increase this year in the
Continuing Appropriations Act and from “spending trends driven by COVID-19,”
the agency said.
“It also
reflects the need to maintain a contingency reserve for unanticipated increases
in health care spending, particularly certain drug costs.”
One drug in
particular was a major factor. Officials said the uncertainty surrounding
the potential use of the Alzheimer’s drug Aduhelm
by people covered by Medicare meant they needed to store away a higher level of
reserves. The agency in July began analyzing whether Medicare would cover the
drug but has not yet finished the analysis.
In addition to the monthly premium, the annual deductible
will rise from $203 to $233. Also, Medicare Part A inpatient deductibles will
jump $72 to $1,556 next year, and Medicare part A
daily coinsurance and skilled nursing facility coinsurance will both increase
at least $9.
Officials
pointed out that many Americans covered by Medicare will see a net increase
in Social Security benefits. The Social
Security Administration announced last month that recipients will get a 5.9
percent increase in benefits.
However, the
14.5 percent jump in Medicare premiums—the highest since 2016—will eat up the
entire adjustment for Social Security recipients with the lowest benefits,
according to Senior Citizens League, a nonpartisan seniors group.
“Social
Security recipients with higher benefits should be able to cover the $21.60 per
month increase, but they may not wind up with as much left over as they were
counting on,” Mary Johnson, a policy analyst for the group, said in a
statement.
Further,
inflation is causing the cost of all variety of goods to rise, including core
spending priorities like groceries.
Medicare is
a federal health insurance program for Americans 65 or older. Americans can
start receiving Social Security as early as age 62, though they receive more if
they wait until full retirement age.

CDC-mandated schedule of vaccines for her 7-month-old boy and was required to
sign a form confirming her declination as a condition for remaining in that San
Francisco pediatric practice. My partner feared that her daughter-in-law
was being tagged as a soon-to-be negligent parent whose child could be taken
from her in the same spirit of the times that denied parental visits to the
unvaccinated and bail to the unvaccinated imprisoned. That may be the
lesser of her problems. Fortunately for her son and his wife, they had
already planned a move from California to Tennessee to escape the “woke”
California hell-hole and departed today. That may not be far enough.

Last week’s 2021 U.N. Climate Change Conference was held in
Glasgow, but President Biden made it Gasgow.
According to British papers, Joe blew ’em away,
letting out what Camilla Parker Bowles described as a fart
that “was long and loud and impossible to ignore” while speaking with members
of the royal family and Prime Minister Johnson.
According to
the Mail on Sunday, Biden’s baroom was
so disruptive, “Camilla hasn’t stopped talking about it” since. And Johnson
reportedly remarked to aides, “Maybe we should’ve held the damn conference in
Tooting.”
The Mail claims
that Biden’s blowout made Ms. Bowles blush, perhaps the most geopolitically
significant example of an “attack of the vapors” in history.
The jokes
about this are too easy: The president letting one rip at a conference convened
to reduce noxious emissions, curb natural gas, cut methane, and increase the
use of wind. In fact, it’s because the jokes are so easy that perhaps the real
story is that the incident was ignored by Saturday Night Live, which aired
a show just days after Biden’s Bhopal.
Keep in mind that fart sketches are
an SNL specialty. In 2009 Seth Meyers penned one in which Grace Kelly
(played by January Jones) can’t stop farting while filming Rear Window. That was the sole joke; she keeps
breaking wind. Worse, it was a near-plagiarism of a much funnier 1993 sketch
with Kevin Kline as a farting Italian movie star.
After Rudy
Giuliani was rumored to have farted during a voter fraud hearing last December,
cast member Kate McKinnon debuted her “farting Rudy” character (again, that was
the entire gag: He farts).
Back in
1998, HBO’s Mr. Show even did a parody about a presidential
farting scandal. Yet on lunatic leftist David Cross’
Twitter page, no victory lap, no attempt to use the
Glasgow incident to remind people of when he was still funny.
Anyone who
thought that Trump’s defeat meant comedians would go back to mocking
politicians of all stripes was quite mistaken.

A Quest for Wisdom: Inspiring Purpose on the Path of Life

This is a
fascinating and beautiful book, one of those gems you serendipitously discover
and shake your head at your good fortune. Although it is new and I
received it as a gift, it reminds me of a few books I have discovered over the
years while rummaging through used bookstores that have startled me into a new
perspective on life. Ironically, these books have advised me, whether
explicitly or implicitly, to be done with books, because what I was seeking
cannot be found in them, for it floats on the wind. But this paradox is
their secret. Such discoveries are memorable, and this is a memorable
book in so many ways.
Despite
having read more books than I wish to remember, I had never heard of David Lorimer until being informed by a friend. A Scottish
writer, poet, editor, and lecturer of great accomplishments, he is the editor
of The Paradigm Explorer and was the Director of the
Scientific and Medical Network from 1986-2000 where he is now Program
Director. He has written or edited over a dozen books.
He is one of
a dying breed: a true intellectual with a soul, for his writing covers the
waterfront, by which I mean the vast ocean of philosophy, science, theology,
literature, psychology, spirituality, politics, etc. A Quest for Wisdom[isbn.nu] is
precisely what its name implies. It is a compendium of wide-ranging
essays written over the past forty years in pursuit of the meaning of life and
the sagacity to realize one never arrives at wisdom since it is a process, not
a product. Like living.
His opening
essay on Victor Frankl, the Austrian psychiatrist who
survived Auschwitz and wrote so pofoundly about it
in Man’s Search for Meaning, [isbn.nu] sets
the stage for all the essays that follow. For Frankl’s
life and work, and the stories he tells about it, are about experiential, not
theoretical, discoveries in the world where one finds oneself – even Auschwitz
– where he learned that Nietzsche’s words were true: “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.”
He discovered that along life’s path – between life and death, happiness and
suffering, peaks and valleys, yesterday and tomorrow, etc. – is where we always
find ourselves by responding to the questions life asks us. He tells us,
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human
freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose
one’s own way.”
We are
always in-between, and it is our attitude and conduct that allows us to freely
will the meaning of our lives, no matter what. Frankl
came to call this search for meaning logotherapy, or
meaning therapy, by which an individual is always free to choose one’s stance
or course of action, and it is by such choosing that the greatness of life can
be measured and meaning confirmed in any single moment, even
retrospectively. He maintains that modern people are disorientated and
living in “an existential vacuum,” pursuing happiness when it cannot be pursued
since it is a derivative, a side effect, and “it is the very pursuit of
happiness that thwarts happiness.” Happiness falls out of our pockets
when we aren’t looking. Additionally, as Lorimer
writes about Frankl, “He rejects psychoanalytical
determinism…and the actualization of the self through any form of
gratification.”
So does Lorimer, for he is an in-between man (as we all are if only
we realized it), whether he is writing about Frankl,
the absurd and the mysterious, the Tao, science and spirituality, the brain and
the mind, near death experiences (“near” being the key word), Albert Schweitzer,
Dag Hammarskjöld, freedom and determinism, ethics and politics, etc.
Whatever
subject he touches, he illuminates, leaving the reader to interrogate oneself.
I find such questions in every essay in this book, and the path to answer
them snaking through its pages.
I was
especially touched by his 2008 essay, which was originally a memorial lecture,
about his friend the Irish writer and philosopher John Moriarty, who died in
2007. Moriarty’s work was rooted in the wild land of western Ireland, a
place whose rugged beauty has sprouted many a passionate artist and visionary
who have drunk deep of the mythical spiritual connections of Irish culture and
natural beauty. He was a brilliant thinker and storyteller – that
mysterious quality that seems so Irish – who left an academic career to seek
deeper truths in nature. Influenced by D. H. Lawrence, Wordsworth, Yeats,
Boehme, Melville, and Nietzsche, among other visionary seeking artists, he
discovered a Blakean sense of reality that
counteracted the deification of Reason and emphasized the need to recover our
souls through sympathetic knowing that involved an embrace of intuition that
went beyond cognition. Lorimer writes:
Or, as John
would put it, we have fallen out of our story and need to find a new one. Not
only a new story, but also a new way of seeing and being, of relating as a part
to the whole, as individuals to society, as cells to the body…To be is to have
the potential to become something else, a potential which we don’t always
fulfill, in spite of life’s invitations and initiations…We too easily retreat
into fear, we batten down the hatches in the name of security, which is a mere
shadow of peace.

of 10 states led by Missouri’s attorney general on Nov. 10 sued President Joe Biden over his administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care

federal court has blocked, for now, the administration’s private
employer vaccine mandate, although a stricter one focused on health care
workers remains in place.
The health care worker mandate, which covers more than 17 million
nurses and others, doesn’t include a testing opt-out.

coalition says the mandate is unlawful under federal law in part because the
federal government is trying to wrest away compulsory vaccination power that
has “always been the province of—and still properly belongs to—the states.”

Pentagon Sees Its First National Guard Unit Mutiny Over

state National Guard unit has made itself clear to the Department of Defense it

Gen. Thomas Mancino, appointed this week by Gov. Kevin Stitt
(R) as adjutant of the state’s 10,000 National Guard soldiers and airmen, on
Thursday notified those under his command that they are not required to receive
the vaccine and won’t be punished if they decline it,” the report added.
“It’s
an extraordinary refusal of Pentagon policy and follows Stitt’s written request to Defense Secretary Lloyd
Austin seeking suspension of the requirement for Guard personnel in the state,”

When a group of nefarious people (a globalist cabal) develop
big plans and need the right major crisis to begin implementation, they create

are not in any danger. There is a news blackout of the tens of thousands of
vaccine deaths, lost pregnancies, injuries, the inflated COVID deaths. How many
more people will die in the coming months and years due to the overreach of
this administration? Why are these vaccines so important to this government?

The

just say, 'Guess what? We're going to plead Jacobson!'

we stopped being anti-vaxx and started being branded

fine and take your vaxxine and stuff it up your own
orifice! I think we could crowdsource that!

think Americans would love the option – supported under Jacobson – is you could
pay a $5 fine and not get the vaxx. That's what the
Jacobson case actually says – and it never has and it never will say
that you can be forced to be vaxxinated.

this is the case we should look at even more, which is the Supreme Court case
that nobody talks about from 1934, Home Building & Loan
Association vs. Blaisdell.
And what
makes this case important is the text, which is why I wanted to highlight it:

that the Supreme Court, in this decision was saying, 'Hey, you know what?
Emergency Powers are important but the Constitution was actually written during

pretend, somehow or another that the Framers of the Constitution were all
sitting, sipping French wine in Monticello, while everything was just peaches
and cream, down in Boston or Philadelphia or Charleston South Carolina. They
weren't! It was in the middle of an active war. Important

look at what the Supreme Court exactly said: 'And they are not altered by
an emergency.'
"No
governors' declaration, no statement that has ever been made to coerce or
cajole or manipulate your behavior, whatsoever has even a foundational argument
in the Supreme Court precedent, that no one is talking
about.
"Guess
what we should start talking about, People! That!
THE FOUR
INTOLERABLE ACTS OF THE COVID CAMPAIGN OF TERROR
"In
1774, King George committed what were called the 'Four Intolerable Acts'. I've
decided to give you the 'Four Intolerable Acts of the COVID Campaign of Terror
and I'm giving you that, because it's important that we realize that if we
are going to plead our case in any position, whether it's in a court room,
whether it's in a city council, whether it's a school board, we need to be
correct, we need to be precise, and we need to stipulate the laws that have
been violated.
"'Amendment
I – Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of
religion,' Guess what? Congress has weasled
their way into the Department of Labor and the Commerce Clause to do their
dirty work for them. Your First Amendment was violated by the Commerce Clause.
Your First Amendment was violated by the way the Department of Labor currently
operates.

it turns out that Congress didn't pass a law that says you had to get
vaxxinated, but I can tell you that there's a deafening
silence, isn't there?

remember the executive order that the Commander-in-Chief, the bumbling Joe
Biden actually said we were going to have; that mandate, that everybody was
going to have to be vaxxinated? Remember that
statement? And do you remember that he instructed the Department of Labor to
come up with a rule that would actually force employers of over 100 people to
all vaxxinate their employees? And have you noticed
the stunning silence of that mandate seems to never be forthcoming from the
Department of Labor? Does anybody notice that? Despite the fact that they're
already claiming victory for the mandate that doesn't exist!
"Because, they have established a law that in fact, the
establishment of a religion. And here's the religion they believe
in: The Doctrine of Fauci.
"The
Doctrine of Fauci is very simple: 'You are
asymptomatic carriers. You are a disease. There is only but one savior and that
is NIAID-funded vaxxine. You didn't take enough of it
when we had influenza, so we're going to manufacture the illusion of a
pathogen. We're going to create a domestic terrorism campaign so that you
embrace the loving arms of that beautiful vaxxine.'
"Ladies
and gentlemen, there is no mandate, because there will be no mandate. They are
playing on your fears, they are not playing on the law, because they know this
law and they know that they are violating the Supreme Court rulings and the
First Amendment in our Bill of Rights, if they even do it."
While
Congress didn't restrict speech, assembly or right to petition, it made no
effort to uphold and defend these rights. Further, it stood by as these rights
were abused by every Emergency Declaration in violation of Supreme Court
rulings. By allowing Federal Contractors to disregard the Constitution, they've
violated this amendment.
"Second COVID Intolerable Act. Amendment IV of our beautiful
Constitution:
"'Amendment
IV – The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and
effects –' You know what we never talk about? We
never talk about the Fourth Amendment. But guess what's been violated by every
single decree that every single governor and every single public health officer
has done over the last 22 months? That!
"We are
not secure in our homes, we are not secure in our businesses, we're not secure
in our properties, we're not secure in our churches.
We're not secure anywhere and guess what? That doesn't
say, 'Except in case of an emergency'. It says: 'You are secure.' Period. That's it. And it gets a little better!
"If
you're not secure, you know whose burden of proof it is to prove that you've
done something wrong? Not yours! Theirs!
"Listen,
People. I love to hear people talk about how rah-rah patriotic they are and
they're out there doing their things – but we're letting them do it!
"Stop! Stop reciting their doctrine of COVID and coronavirus. Stop reciting their doctrine of vaxxines. Start using the language: 'Campaign of Terror'. 'Bioweapon'. Start using those
languages and then actually show them – are you ready for this – something
tiny, like the Bill of Rights."
By declaring
every person a probable "asymptomatic carrier", the Federal
Government (CDC, FDA and HHS) violated this Amendment and enable the reckless
abuse that harmed countless individuals. Loss of life,
liberty and livelihood have been a direct result.
"Now,
Amendment V – ...you think the Fifth Amendment is 'I don't have to incriminate
myself' but the Fifth Amendment does a little bit more. Can we look at that
bottom phrase that we never talk about?
"'Nor
shall private property be taken for public use without just
compensation.'
"How
many of you small business owners have gotten just compensation for your
business closures? Anybody? How many physicians have
gotten just compensation for lost revenue?
"How
many people have been maligned, like me and so many of the speakers who are
coming today and tomorrow? How many of us have gotten just compensation for the
seizure of our property in the form of our means of communication, our
networks, our social media, our everything else? The way in which we communicate? How many of us have gotten
any just compensation for that?
"We've
not just not gotten just compensation, Ladies and Gentlemen, we've
been deprived of our liberties and we've been deprived the rights granted under
this document and it is absolutely critical that we see that they knew they
were doing it, because they actually changed their own definitions of words,
like 'vaccine' and 'public health' and 'emergency' to accommodate their acts of
terror."
There has
been no due process, as the courts have unilaterally stipulated the
"epidemic" or "pandemic" without a single effort to
demonstrate, beyond a reasonable doubt that there is either.
Further,
while changing the definition of "vaccine" to include "gene
therapy" the courts have inappropriate applied Jacobson.
"Amendment
VI – Due Process! Anybody think that we've had any due process over the last 22
months?
"Hey,
listen, I'm showing you these things, People, because they weren't taught to
you in history lessons in school and you weren't taught them, so you wold be victims of this perpetrated crime!"
No judicial
standard has been applied to validate the false claims of SARS-CoV-2
"causing" COVID-19. Therefore, every derivative prosecution is in
violation of the Sixth Amendment. No court has been willing to sit and consider
the voluminous evidence of anti-trust, coercion and domestic terrorism and
racketeering charges against FDA, CDC, NIAID, Moderna,
Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and other accomplices.
"If you
don't know the laws that are being broken, guess what? You get your information
from sources like media, you get your sources from Twitter feeds, you get your
sources from crazy things, rather than actually going back and going, 'Oh, you
mean we actually have a law and it's been actually violated?'
"Yes, Sir! We have had a law and it's been violated. But if we
go through the Amendment 6, it's not only important that we have speedy trials
but 'informed of the nature and the cause of the accusation.' Let's unpack that
for a minute.
"How
many of you think there'd be a successful prosecution in this country if the
following information was presented by every single person charged with any
violation of any public health order? Let's go through 'em really quick.
THE CRIMELINE
"A bioweapon was created for infectious replication-defective,
targeting the human lung epithelium in 1999 by Anthony Fauci.
In 2003, the CDC patented the genome – the entire genome. The
nature genome. The illegal patent granted to CDC in 2007, after being
thrice rejected by the patent office as illegal.
"You
heard me say that. The CDC three times had to fight to get an illegal patent
granted and when, in 2007, they got that patent granted, they actually
controlled the provenance of anything that had to do with SARS Coronavirus from that day forward. We the People sat
and did nothing.
"How about in 2012 and 2013, when mysteriously, six viral models
were uploaded, in violation of biological and chemical weapons laws in this
country. Uploaded to a server from China,
because they were collected from six miners in China.
"They
were uploaded to a server, in violation of our domestic terrorism- and our bioweapons laws here, in the United States and we had by
written confirmation from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in
2015, we have Ralph Baric in his own writing stating that he uploaded the bioweapon information that came from China and started
manufacturing it here, in the United States.
"Did you
hear what I just said? At this point, it's really important to point out I
haven't done a lot of research, I've been following
this particular crime, as it has unfolded since 1999. You are looking at the
face of the guy who was investigating anthrax in September of 2001. That's when
I started this. I've been at this game longer than most people even knew there
was a game to be at and certainly longer than anybody
who's actually said that they are 'really deep into COVID'.
"Well,
guess what? This is deep and the point of this presentation is to be sure that each
one of you is equipped. Because this is not about getting you
excited. This is about getting you armed with information, because we
have a war that has not started. The war that has not started is for the soul
of this country and the weapon that is being used is a genetic chimeric altered bioweapon called
the S-1 spike protein synthesis compound that is being delivered in a toxin
that we know has killed every animal trial that has ever gotten off the ground.
'STRAIGHT-TO-HUMANS
PROTOCOL' = PRE-MEDITATED MURDER
"So, to
quote the actual Associate Vice-Provost of one of the leading medical
institutions here, in America, she was told when the institutional review board
at her institution in California was asked to review the protocol for this
particular vaxxine and she asked, 'Where are the
animal data?' she was told, and I quote: 'This is a straight-to-humans
protocol.'
"Did you
hear what I just said? It's killed every animal study it's ever gone into. It's
killed every animal trial that's ever been done and this is a
'straight-to-humans protocol'.
"Ladies
and Gentlemen, call it what it is: It's premeditated
murder. Stop dancing on the side of this thing and jump in the pool!
"And on
our watch, we should not let a single attorney general or US attorney; we should
not let a single elected official, we should not let a single public health
officer get away with any public statement that does not confirm that this is a
bioweapons program meant to destroy, maim and kill
the Citizens of the United States and the people of the world.
"This is
a crime and we need to start treating it like a crime, instead of watching a
bank robber walk out of the bank and calling the Uber
for them. This is about getting Anthony Fauci cuffed
and perp-walked. That's what this is about!

"I just
want to end with the answer. The answer is, let's stop diagnosing the problem.
Until Anthony Fauci is cuffed, until Ralph Baric is

Recently, I wrote a very popular article recently about Gavin Newsom being vaccine injured. It got over 250K views, my most popular article so far.
As expected, Newsom denied it:
Naturally, PolitiFact and Newsweekimmediately “fact checked” my article and deemed it to be false. Of course, none of them could explain why Newsom was a no-show at the UN Climate summit via Zoom. Not even for 5 minutes! Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? Not a very thorough fact check. And neither organization analyzed the before and after Newsom videos either by asking a prominent neurologist for their opinion. I guess it is hard to find competent help in the fact checking department nowadays.
Well, I just got confirmation I was right
Not only was Newsom himself vaccine injured and deliberately covered it up, but I found out that his kids aren’t vaccinated either. Want to know why? Because he knows that vaccines are dangerous. He doesn’t want his kids to be injured. It’s OK for your kids of course! That’s why he’s mandating it for California. But for his kids? No way.
Here’s how I am going to prove to the world I’m right:
Gavin, I’m willing to bet you $1M that I’m right about you being vaccine injured and that you are lying about the injury and covering it up. We don’t have to drag your kids into it.
Will you take my bet? All I need is permission from you authorizing all your doctors to disclose to me any and all vaccine-related conversations, emails, notes, and/or medical records you had with them after you got your booster and give permission for me to disclose that publicly. That’s it. Easy peasy.
If you are telling the truth, you have absolutely nothing to lose. Your doctors will not be able to tell me anything since there is nothing to tell! There will be nothing to disclose. It will enhance your credibility and you’ll be $1M richer. No downsides.

Last month, Biden’s nominee Saule Omarova published a rather outrageous paper proposing a complete overhaul of the U.S. financial system, moving all accounts to the Fed, and making it possible for the Fed to freeze accounts in case of an “emergency” (which, as we know, in today’s world is a very flexible notion). Omarova’s paper is not a bill, it’s a legal paper—but given that she has been nominated to regulate the U.S. banking system, her position matters—especially given that her position coincides so completely with the stated goals of the Great Reset.

So I read that the San Francisco Opera Company put on Fidelio and saw some of the pictures of how they were modernizing the production: Review: S.F. Opera’s new ‘Fidelio’ uses chain-link fences and video monitors in a political parable | Datebook (sfchronicle.com)
Then I saw in the Guardian a different company doing the same kinda thing with a modern prison landscape: Fidelio review – musically excellent but panopticon staging is overloaded | Opera | The Guardian
Dutch and Australian productions have recently done pretty much the same thing. I suppose high society is just brimming with creativity these days. Last year, slightly before covid, the UK put on a more planned and articulate production using Robespierre's Reign of Terror as a backdrop, which is actually fitting for this opera.

Fidelio was not the most highly regarded work by Beethoven, the composer himself was often revising and unsatisfied with it and had no intention for the "final" version that is used today to be the final version he had intended. One aspect that helped it gain popularity in its time was that it belonged to an emerging genre, think Les Miserables,
involving prisoners seeking freedom. This was because in the post revolutionary climate, European censors forbade any printed or performed mentions of Freedom pertaining to anything except being released from prison. So, like with Film Noir or gothic fairytales, this prison genre that swept literature and the stage was a way of metaphorically addressing verboten political topics.
Frisco, Europe, and the Bruce's are following a revival of this opera in a last ditch effort to fill seats when people want to stay home, watch netflix, and eat ice cream (that pandemic needs a name at this point, STG: shelter in place, watch television, and eat garbage food). It's because Beethoven turned 250 last December and Fidelio is the only visual thing he ever worked on. One place that isn't trying to jump on Fidelio's public-domain bandwagon is China, that place with 1.5 billion people give or take a few hundred thousand.
I don't have China's Ministry of Culture on speed-dial, so I can't ask them why Beethoven's only opera is prohibited [in all formats], but the Panopticon layout of cities, and even rural areas in the 21st century, might come under inauspicious scrutiny if this opera was bandied about.
It's so fascinating, to me, that if you are under 18 in 2021 and live in China, or Tibet, or Hong Kong, and probably Taiwan (maybe not Taiwan) that you are only allowed to play online video games between 8 and 9 pm on Fri-Sun (so only with people in your time-zone I guess) and you can't listen to Beethoven's only opera, but what can you do? Well you can study study study and if you're good enough, the country will pay for you to go to the most elite universities all over the planet where you can play online video games all day while blasting whatever German aria you want, no questions asked. Huh.
You of course understand that in the US we are not going to get the "real skinny" on China. In China, you are not going to get the real skinny on China, so I'm told. Interestingly, in my limited life, the people I have interacted with from lands afar have not supported the stereotype that I've been fed. They are kinda like you and me. Fortunately, until they mandate brain-implants for foodstuffs, the triumph of the human spirit will always work around the censors, discovering new semi-permissible metaphors and swapping names, genders, and races around.
Point being, you can't censor Fidelio, you can only criminalize artists thus bringing attention to your hypocrisy. Funny thing is that the attendees in a place like San Francisco are so conceited that they identify with Pizzaro, think to themselves this is boring and too long, and then brag about how much they loved it for days to come.

Here are two more examples.
On a call with a family member who is vaxxed, (and would never question the narrative) I was told about her “bad” week. First her neighbor died suddenly of a brain tumor. He was mid 60s in age and seemingly very healthy. Then her coworker (approx. 50 years old) mentally degenerated badly after having covid earlier this year becoming difficult to communicate with. His house just burned down killing him and his father-in-law. His wife and mother-in-law jumped out a second story window and escaped but now have nowhere to go. She suspects the cause has something to do with his deteriorating mental condition. Finally she received news that a 30 something friend has taken ill suddenly and was in the hospital on a ventilator. Since her husband is a nurse it is presumed that this is the best course of treatment.

A friend reached out to me this past week. Her mom had been ill, but ended up passing this week. When her brother came to visit he had collapsed and now is in the hospital for heart failure. She has pneumonia.
My daughter’s friend still has not had a menstrual cycle since her first shot. It has been 4 months, and no one seems concerned. Her whole family has Covid right now. She said it has been tough to get through even though they are vaccinated and insists my daughter gets vaccinated. From my understanding this 18 year old only leaves the house a couple of times per month to be with friends. She did not leave the house the first year when this all started.
Another friend’s mother has been diagnosed with cancer out of the blue about two months ago. Surgery removed everything, but started chemo two weeks ago.
About a month ago teacher insisted the mask has helped her to not be sick for the last year. She said she would most likely wear it even after this is all over. Last week she got very sick. She does not have Covid, but cannot get rid of what she has.
I’m sure I know more. I just prefer to not ask full details at this point.

Vaccinated Doctors are Dying and Unvaccinated Doctors are Quitting or Being Fired: Who will Run the Hospitals?
It has been widely reported in the Alternative Media this week that the public is catching on to the fact that when publicly visible people die, the corporate media is hiding their COVID-19 vaccination status, so searches such as “died suddenly” or “died unexpectedly” have soared in recent weeks, as this is how the corporate media typically now reports these deaths of otherwise healthy, young people.
So here is an update of medical doctors who have died after receiving a COVID-19 shot, or when their vaccination status is not mentioned, died suddenly or unexpectedly.
If this is just a small sampling of the total deaths that have become known through media reports, the hospital system could be in serious trouble, as many unvaccinated medical doctors have already been either fired or have quit due to COVID-19 vaccine mandates, and those mandates for medical staff to be completely vaccinated kick in on January 4th.
According to Forbes, about one third of hospital staffs in the U.S. are not yet “vaccinated.”

There are some who will stop reading here thinking this is all nonsense, because it is beyond their experience to understand or contemplate. The forces at work are counting on that.
This globalist push is a drive for global governance, international collectivism. It is a global ideological movement, a blend of international commu/fascism…no more capitalism as we know it, no more owning property, or the natural rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, self-determination, or even self-defense. It will be a modern feudal system with only two classes, the haves and have-nots. We give up everything, the neo-nobility gives up nothing.
This cabal, this criminal organization no longer believes we can be trusted to make our own decisions, that we have destroyed and abused our environment and can no longer be bestowed with its care. And yet it is those that take it upon themselves to lord over us that have done the very thing they claim to hate.

COVID-19: stigmatising the unvaccinated is not justified
In the USA and Germany, high-level officials have used the term pandemic of the unvaccinated, suggesting that people who have been vaccinated are not relevant in the epidemiology of COVID-19. Officials’ use of this phrase might have encouraged one scientist to claim that “the unvaccinated threaten the vaccinated for COVID-19”.

But this view is far too simple.
There is increasing evidence that vaccinated individuals continue to have a relevant role in transmission. In Massachusetts, USA, a total of 469 new COVID-19 cases were detected during various events in July, 2021, and 346 (74%) of these cases were in people who were fully or partly vaccinated, 274 (79%) of whom were symptomatic. Cycle threshold values were similarly low between people who were fully vaccinated (median 22·8) and people who were unvaccinated, not fully vaccinated, or whose vaccination status was unknown (median 21·5), indicating a high viral load even among people who were fully vaccinated.

In the USA, a total of 10 262 COVID-19 cases were reported in vaccinated people by April 30, 2021, of whom 2725 (26·6%) were asymptomatic, 995 (9·7%) were hospitalised, and 160 (1·6%) died.

In Germany, 55·4% of symptomatic COVID-19 cases in patients aged 60 years or older were in fully vaccinated individuals,and this proportion is increasing each week. In Münster, Germany, new cases of COVID-19 occurred in at least 85 (22%) of 380 people who were fully vaccinated or who had recovered from COVID-19 and who attended a nightclub.

People who are vaccinated have a lower risk of severe disease but are still a relevant part of the pandemic. It is therefore wrong and dangerous to speak of a pandemic of the unvaccinated. Historically, both the USA and Germany have engendered negative experiences by stigmatising parts of the population for their skin colour or religion. I call on high-level officials and scientists to stop the inappropriate stigmatisation of unvaccinated people, who include our patients, colleagues, and other fellow citizens, and to put extra effort into bringing society together.

Despite a treasure trove of new research and information having emerged over the last fifty-eight years, there are many people who still think who killed President John Fitzgerald Kennedy and why are unanswerable questions. They have drunk what Dr. Martin Schotz has called “the waters of uncertainty” that results “in a state of confusion in which anything can be believed but nothing can be known, nothing of significance that is.”[1]
Then there are others who cling to the Lee Harvey Oswald “lone-nut” explanation proffered by the Warren Commission.
Both these groups tend to agree, however, that whatever the truth, unknowable or allegedly known, it has no contemporary relevance but is old-hat, ancient history, stuff for conspiracy-obsessed people with nothing better to do. The general thinking is that the assassination occurred more than a half-century ago, so let’s move on.
Nothing could be further from the truth, for the assassination of JFK is the foundational event of modern American history, the Pandora’s box from which many decades of tragedy have sprung.
Pressured to Wage War
From the day he was sworn in as President on January 20, 1961, John F. Kennedy was relentlessly pressured by the Pentagon, the Central Intelligence Agency, and by many of his own advisers to wage war – clandestine, conventional, and nuclear.
To understand why and by whom he was assassinated on November 22, 1963, one needs to apprehend this pressure and the reasons why President Kennedy consistently resisted it, as well as the consequences of that resistance.
It is a key to understanding the current state of our world today and why the United States has been waging endless foreign wars and creating a national security surveillance state at home since JFK’s death.
A War Hero Who Was Appalled By War
It is very important to remember that Lieutenant John Kennedy was a genuine Naval war hero in WW II, having risked his life and been badly injured while saving his men in the treacherous waters of the South Pacific after their PT boat was sunk by a Japanese destroyer. His older brother Joe and his brother-in-law Billy Hartington had died in the war, as had some of his boat’s crew members.
As a result, Kennedy was extremely sensitive to the horrors of war, and, when he first ran for Congress in Massachusetts in 1946, he made it explicitly clear that avoiding another war was his number one priority. This commitment remained with him and was intensely strengthened throughout his brief presidency until the day he died, fighting for peace.
Despite much rhetoric to the contrary, this anti-war stance was unusual for a politician, especially during the 1950s and 1960s. Kennedy was a remarkable man, for even though he assumed the presidency as somewhat of a cold warrior vis-à-vis the Soviet Union in particular, his experiences in office rapidly chastened that stance. He very quickly came to see that there were many people surrounding him who relished the thought of war, even nuclear war, and he came to consider them as very dangerous.
A Prescient Perspective
Yet even before he became president, in 1957, then Senator Kennedy gave a speech in the U.S. Senate that sent shock waves throughout Washington, D.C. and around the world.[2] He came out in support of Algerian independence from France and African liberation generally and against colonial imperialism. As chair of the Senate’s African Subcommittee in 1959, he urged sympathy for African independence movements as part of American foreign policy. He believed that continued support of colonial policies would only end in more bloodshed because the voices of independence would not be denied, nor should they be.
That speech caused an international uproar, and in the U.S.A. Kennedy was harshly criticized by Eisenhower, Nixon, John Foster Dulles, and even members of the Democratic party, such as Adlai Stevenson and Dean Acheson. But it was applauded in Africa and the Third World.
Yet JFK continued throughout his 1960 presidential campaign raising his voice against colonialism throughout the world and for free and independent African nations. Such views were anathema to the foreign policy establishment, including the CIA and the burgeoning military industrial complex that President Eisenhower belatedly warned against in his Farewell Address, delivered nine months after approving the Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba in March 1960; this juxtaposition revealed the hold the Pentagon and CIA had and has on sitting presidents, as the pressure for war became structurally systemized.
Patrice Lumumba
One of Africa’s anti-colonial and nationalist leaders was the charismatic Congolese Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba. In June, 1960, he had become the first democratically elected leader of the Congo, a country savagely raped and plundered for more than half a century by Belgium’s King Leopold II for himself and multinational mining companies. Kennedy’s support for African independence was well-known and especially feared by the CIA, who, together with Brussels, considered Lumumba, and Kennedy for supporting him, as threats to their interests in the region.
So, three days before JFK’s inauguration, together with the Belgian government, the CIA had Lumumba brutally assassinated after torturing and beating him. According to Robert Johnson, a note taker at a National Security Council meeting in August 1960, Lumumba’s assassination had been approved by President Eisenhower when he gave Allen Dulles, the Director of the CIA, the approval to “eliminate” Lumumba. Johnson disclosed that in a 1975 interview that was discovered in 2000.[3]
On January 26, 1961, when Dulles briefed the new president on the Congo, he did not tell JFK that they already had Lumumba assassinated nine days before. This was meant to keep Kennedy on tenterhooks to teach him a lesson. On February 13, 1961, Kennedy received a phone call from his UN ambassador Adlai Stevenson informing him of Lumumba’s death. There is a photograph by White House photographer Jacques Lowe of the horror-stricken president sitting in the oval office answering that call that is harrowing to view. It was an unmistakable portent of things to come, a warning for the president.
Dag Hammarskjöld, Indonesia, and Sukarno
One of Kennedy’s crucial allies in his efforts to support third-world independence was United Nations’ Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld. Hammarskjöld had been deeply involved in peacekeeping in the Congo as well as efforts to resolve disputes in Indonesia, both important countries central to JFK’s concerns. Hammarskjöld was killed on September 18, 1961 while on a peacekeeping mission to the Congo. Substantial evidence exists that he was assassinated and that the CIA and Allen Dulles were involved. Kennedy was devastated to lose such an important ally.[4]
Kennedy’s strategy involved befriending Indonesia as a Cold War ally as a crucial aspect of his Southeast Asian policy of dealing with Laos and Vietnam and finding peaceful resolutions to other smoldering Cold War conflicts. Hammarskjöld was also central to these efforts. The CIA, led by Dulles, strongly opposed Kennedy’s strategy in Indonesia. In fact, Dulles and the CIA had been involved in treacherous maneuverings in resource rich Indonesia for decades. President Kennedy supported the Indonesian President Sukarno, while Dulles opposed him since he stood for Indonesian independence.
Just two days before Kennedy was killed on November 22, 1963, he had accepted an invitation from Indonesian President Sukarno to visit that country the following spring. The aim of the visit was to end the conflict (Konfrontasi) between Indonesia and Malaysia and to continue Kennedy’s efforts to support post-colonial Indonesia with non-military economic and development aid. His goal was to end conflict throughout Southeast Asia and assist the growth of democracy in newly liberated post-colonial countries worldwide.
Of course, JFK never made it to Indonesia in 1964, and his peaceful strategy to bring Indonesia to America’s side and to ease tensions in the Cold War was never realized, thanks to Allen Dulles and the CIA. And, Kennedy’s proposed withdrawal of American military advisers from Vietnam, which, in part, was premised on success in Indonesia, was quickly reversed by Lyndon Johnson after JFK’s murder and within a short time hundreds of thousand American combat troops were sent to Vietnam. In Indonesia, Sukarno would be forced out and replaced by General Suharto, who would rule with an iron fist for the next 30 years. Soon, both countries would experience mass slaughter engineered by Kennedy’s opponents in the CIA and Pentagon.[5]
The Bay of Pigs
In mid-April 1961, less than three months into his presidency, a trap was set for President Kennedy by the CIA and its director, Allen Dulles, who knew of Kennedy’s reluctance to invade Cuba. They assumed the new president would be forced by circumstances at the last minute to send in U.S. Navy and Marine forces to back the invasion that they had planned. The CIA and generals wanted to oust Fidel Castro, and in pursuit of that goal, trained a force of Cuban exiles to invade Cuba. This had started under President Eisenhower and Vice President Nixon. Kennedy refused to go along with sending in American troops and the invasion was roundly defeated. The CIA, military, and Cuban exiles bitterly blamed Kennedy.
But it was all a sham. Classified documents uncovered in 2000 revealed that the CIA had discovered that the Soviets had learned the date of the invasion more than a week in advance and had informed Cuban Prime Minister Fidel Castro, but—and here is a startling fact that should make people’s hair stand on end—the CIA never told the President. The CIA knew the invasion was probably doomed before the fact but went ahead with it anyway.
Why? So, they could blame JFK for the failure afterwards.
Kennedy later said to his friends Dave Powell and Ken O’Donnell, “They were sure I’d give in to them and send the go-ahead order to the [Navy’s aircraft carrier] Essex. They couldn’t believe that a new president like me wouldn’t panic and save his own face. Well, they had me figured all wrong.”[6]
This treachery set the stage for events to come. Sensing but not knowing the full extent of the set-up, Kennedy fired CIA Director Allen Dulles (who, as in a bad joke, was later named to the Warren Commission investigating JFK’s assassination) and his assistant, General Charles Cabell (whose brother, Earle Cabell, to make a bad joke absurd, was the mayor of Dallas on the day Kennedy was killed.) It was later discovered that Earle Cabell was a CIA asset.[7]
JFK said he wanted “to splinter the CIA in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.” Not sentiments to endear him to a secretive government within a government whose power was growing exponentially.[8]
Kennedy Responds After the Bay of Pigs Treachery
The stage was now set for events to follow as JFK, now even more suspicious of the military-intelligence people around him, and in opposition to nearly all his advisers, consistently opposed the use of force in U.S. foreign policy.
In 1961, despite the Joint Chiefs’ demand to put combat troops into Laos – advising 140,000 by the end of April – Kennedy bluntly insisted otherwise as he ordered Averell Harriman, his representative at the Geneva Conference, “Did you understand? I want a negotiated settlement in Laos. I don’t want to put troops in.”[9] The president knew that Laos and Vietnam were linked issues, and since Laos came first on his agenda, he was determined to push for a neutral Laos.
Also in 1961, he refused to accede to the insistence of his top generals to give them permission to use nuclear weapons in a dispute with the Soviet Union over Berlin and Southeast Asia. Walking out of a meeting with his top military advisors, Kennedy threw his hands in the air and said, “These people are crazy.”[10]
In March 1962, the CIA, in the person of legendary operative, Edward Lansdale, and with the approval of every member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, presented the president with a pretext for a U.S. invasion of Cuba. Code-named Operation Northwoods, the false-flag plan called for innocent people to be shot in the U.S., boats carrying Cuban refugees to be sunk and a terrorism campaign to be launched in Miami, Washington D.C., and other places, all to be blamed on the Castro government so that the public would be outraged and call for an invasion of Cuba.[11]
Kennedy was appalled and rejected this pressure to manipulate him into agreeing to terrorist attacks on Americans that could later be used against him. He already knew that his life was in danger and that the CIA and military were tightening a noose around his neck. But he refused to yield.
As early as June 26, 1961, in a White House meeting with Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev’s spokesperson, Mikhail Kharlamov, and Khrushchev’s son-in-law, Alexei Adzhubei, when asked by Kharlamov why he wasn’t moving faster to advance relations between the two countries, JFK said “You don’t understand this country. If I move too fast on U.S.-Soviet relations, I’ll either be thrown into an insane asylum, or be killed.”[12]
JFK refused to bomb and invade Cuba as the military wished during the Cuban missile crisis in October 1962. The Soviets had placed offensive nuclear missiles and more than 30,000 support troops in Cuba to prevent another U.S.-led invasion. American aerial photography had detected the missiles. This was understandably unacceptable to the U.S. government. While being urged by the Joint Chiefs and his trusted advisors to order a preemptive nuclear strike on Cuba, JFK knew that a diplomatic solution was the only way out as he wouldn’t accept the death of hundreds of millions of people that would likely follow a series of nuclear exchanges with the Soviet Union. Only his brother, Robert, and Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara stood with him in opposing the use of nuclear weapons. Daniel Ellsberg, a former Pentagon and Rand Corporation analyst, reported a coup atmosphere in the Pentagon as Kennedy chose to settle rather than attack.[13] In the end, after thirteen incredibly tense days of brinksmanship, Kennedy and Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev miraculously found a way to resolve the crisis and prevent the use of those weapons.
Afterwards, JFK told his friend John Kenneth Galbraith that “I never had the slightest intention of doing so.”[14]
The Fateful Year 1963
In June, 1963, JFK gave an historic speech at American University in which he called for the total abolishment of nuclear weapons, the end of the Cold War and the “Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war,” and movement toward “general and complete disarmament.”[15]
A few months later he signed a Limited Test Ban Treaty with Nikita Khrushchev.[16]
In October 1963 he signed National Security Action Memorandum 263 calling for the withdrawal of 1,000 U. S. military troops from Vietnam by the end of the year and complete withdrawal by the end of 1965.[17]
All this he did while secretly engaging in negotiations with Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev via Saturday Evening Post editor and anti-nuclear weapon advocate, Norman Cousins, Soviet agent Georgi Bolshakov,[18] and Pope John XXIII,[19] as well as with Cuba’s Prime Minister Fidel Castro through various intermediaries, one of whom was French Journalist Jean Daniel. Of course, secret was not secret when the CIA was involved.
Kennedy, deeply disturbed by the near nuclear catastrophe of the Cuban missile crisis, was determined to open back channel communications to make sure such a near miss never happened again. He knew fault lay on both sides, and that one slipup or miscommunication could initiate a nuclear holocaust. He was determined, therefore, to try to open lines of communications with his enemies.
Jean Daniel was going to Cuba to interview Fidel Castro, but before he did he interviewed Kennedy on October 24, 1963. Kennedy, knowing Daniel would tell Castro what he said, asked Daniel if Castro realizes that “through his fault the world was on the verge of nuclear war in October 1962….or even if he cares about it.” But he also added, to soften the message:
“I approved the proclamation Fidel Castro made in the Sierra Maestra, when he justifiably called for justice and especially yearned to rid Cuba of corruption. I will go even further: to some extent it is as though Batista was the incarnation of a number of sins on the part of the United States. Now we will have to pay for those sins. In the matter of the Batista regime, I am in agreement with the first Cuban revolutionaries. That is perfectly clear.”[20]
Such sentiments were anathema, shall we say treasonous, to the CIA and top Pentagon generals. These clear refusals to go to war with Cuba, to emphasize peace and negotiated solutions to conflicts rather than war, to order the withdrawal of all military personnel from Vietnam, to call for an end to the Cold War, and his willingness to engage in private, back-channel communications with Cold War enemies marked Kennedy as an enemy of the national security state. They were on a collision course.
The Assassination on November 22, 1963
After going through the Bay of Pigs, Cuban Missile Crisis and many other military cliffhangers, Kennedy underwent a deep metanoia, a spiritual transformation, from Cold Warrior to peacemaker. He came to regard the generals who advised him as devaluing human life and hell-bent on launching nuclear wars. And he was well aware that his growing resistance to war had put him on a dangerous collision course with those generals and the CIA. On numerous occasions, he spoke of the possibility of a military coup d’état against him.
The night before his trip to Dallas, he told his wife, “But, Jackie, if somebody wants to shoot me from a window with a rifle, nobody can stop it, so why worry about it.”[21]
And we know that nobody did try to stop it because they had planned his execution from multiple locations to assure its success.
Who Killed Him?
If the only things you read, watched, or listened to since 1963 were the mainstream corporate media (MSM), you would be convinced that the official explanation for JFK’s assassination, the Warren Commission, was correct in essentials. You would be wrong, because those corporate media have for all these years served as mouthpieces for the government, most notably the CIA that infiltrated and controlled them long ago under a secret program called Operation Mockingbird.[22] In 1977, celebrated Watergate journalist, Carl Bernstein, published a 25,000-word cover story for Rolling Stone, “The CIA and the Media,” in which he published the names of many journalists and media, such as The New York Times, CBS, Time, Newsweek, etc., who worked hand in glove with the CIA for decades. Ironically, or as part of “a limited hangout” (spy talk for admitting some truths while concealing deeper ones), this article can be found at the CIA’s own website.
Total control of information requires media complicity, and with the JFK assassination, and in all matters they consider important, the CIA and the MSM are unified.[23] Such control extends to literature, arts, and popular culture as well as news. Frances Stonor Saunders comprehensively documents this in her 1999 book, The Cultural Cold War: The CIA And The World Of Arts And Letters,[24] and Joel Whitney followed this up in 2016 with Finks: How the CIA Tricked the World’s Best Writers, with particular emphasis on the complicity of the CIA and the famous literary journal The Paris Review. Such revelations are retrospective, of course, but only the most naïve would conclude such operations are a thing of the past.
The Warren Commission claimed that the president was shot by an ex-Marine named Lee Harvey Oswald, firing three bullets from the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository as Kennedy’s car was already two hundred and fifty feet past and driving away from him. But this is patently false for many reasons, including the bizarre claim that one of these bullets, later termed “the magic bullet,” passed through Kennedy’s body and zigzagged up and down, left and right, striking Texas Governor John Connolly who was sitting in the front seat and causing seven wounds in all, only to be found later in pristine condition on a stretcher in Parkland Hospital.[25] And, any lone assassin looking out the 6th floor window would have taken the perfect shot as the limousine approached within forty feet of the TSBD on Houston St.
The absurdity of the government’s claim, a ballistic fairy tale, was the key to its assertion that Oswald killed Kennedy. It was visually shattered and rendered ridiculous by the famous Zapruder film that clearly shows the president being shot from the front right, and, as the right front of his head explodes, he is violently thrown back and to his left as Jacqueline Kennedy climbs on to the car’s trunk to retrieve a piece of her husband’s skull and brain.
This video evidence is clear and simple proof of a conspiracy.[26]
Who Was Lee Harvey Oswald?
But there is another way to examine it.
If Lee Harvey Oswald, the man The Warren Commission said killed JFK, was connected to the intelligence community, the FBI and the CIA, then we can logically conclude that he was not “a lone-nut” assassin or not an assassin at all. There is a wealth of evidence to show how, from the very start, Oswald was moved around the globe by the CIA like a pawn in a game, and when the game was done, the pawn was eliminated in the Dallas police headquarters by Jack Ruby two days later.
James W. Douglass, in JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He Died and Why It Matters, the most important book on the matter, asks this question:
Why was Lee Harvey Oswald so tolerated and supported by the government he betrayed?
This is a key question.
After serving as a U.S. Marine at the CIA’s U-2 spy plane Atsugi Air Force Base in Japan with a Crypto clearance (higher than top secret, a fact suppressed by the Warren Commission) and being trained in the Russian language, Oswald left the Marines and defected to the Soviet Union.[27] After denouncing the U.S., rejecting his American citizenship, working at a Soviet factory in Minsk, and taking a Russian wife—during which time Gary Powers’ U-2 spy plane was shot down over the Soviet Union—he returned to the U.S. with a loan from the American Embassy in Moscow, only to be met at the dock in Hoboken, New Jersey, by Spas T. Raikin, a prominent anti-Communist with extensive intelligence connections recommended by the State Department.[28]
Oswald passed through immigration with no trouble, was not prosecuted, moved to Fort Worth, Texas where, at the suggestion of the Dallas CIA Domestic Contacts Service chief, he was met and befriended by George de Mohrenschildt, an anti-communist Russian, who was a CIA asset. De Mohrenschildt got him a job four days later at a photography and graphic arts company that worked on top secret maps for the U.S. Army Map Service related to U-2 spy missions over Cuba.
Oswald was then shepherded around the Dallas area by de Mohrenschildt. In 1977, on the day he revealed he had contacted Oswald for the CIA and was to meet with the House Select Committee on Assassinations’ investigator, Gaeton Fonzi, de Mohrenschildt allegedly committed suicide.
Oswald then moved to New Orleans in April, 1963 where he got a job at the Reily Coffee Company owned by CIA-affiliated William Reily. The Reily Coffee Company was located in close vicinity to the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, and Naval Intelligence offices and a stone’s throw from the office of Guy Banister, a former Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Chicago Bureau, who worked as a covert action coordinator for the intelligence services, supplying weapons, money, and training to anti-Castro paramilitaries. Oswald then went to work with Banister and the CIA paramilitaries.
From this time up until the assassination, Oswald engaged in all sorts of contradictory activities, one day portraying himself as pro-Castro, the next day as anti-Castro, many of these theatrical performances being directed from Banister’s office. It was as though Oswald, on the orders of his puppet masters, was enacting multiple and antithetical roles in order to confound anyone intent on deciphering the purposes behind his actions and to set him up as a future “assassin” or “patsy.”
James Douglass persuasively argues that Oswald “seems to have been working with both the CIA and FBI,” as a provocateur for the former and an informant for the latter. Jim and Elsie Wilcott, who worked at the CIA Tokyo Station from 1960-64, in a 1978 interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, said, “It was common knowledge in the Tokyo CIA station that Oswald worked for the agency.”[29]
When Oswald moved to New Orleans in April, 1963, de Mohrenschildt exited the picture, having asked the CIA for and been indirectly given a $285,000 contract to do a geological survey for Haitian dictator “Papa Doc” Duvalier, which he never did, but for which he was paid.[30]
Ruth and Michael Paine then entered the scene on cue. Ruth had been introduced to Oswald by de Mohrenschildt. In September, 1963, Ruth Paine drove from her sister’s house in Virginia to New Orleans to pick up Marina Oswald and bring her to Dallas to live with her, where Lee also stayed on weekends. Back in Dallas, Ruth Paine conveniently arranged a job for Lee Harvey Oswald in the Texas Book Depository, where he began work on October 16, 1963.
Ruth, along with Marina Oswald, was the Warren Commission’s critically important witness against Oswald. Allen Dulles, despite his earlier firing by JFK, got appointed to a key position on the Warren Commission. He questioned the Paines in front of it, studiously avoiding any revealing questions, especially ones that could disclose his personal connections to the Paines. For Michel Paine’s mother, therefore Ruth’s mother-in-law, Ruth Paine Forbes Young, was a close friend of his old mistress, Mary Bancroft, who worked as a spy with Dulles during WW II. Bancroft and he had been invited guests at Ruth Paine Forbes Young’s private island off Cape Cod.
Ruth and Michael Paine had extensive intelligence connections. Thirty years after the assassination, a document was declassified showing Ruth Paine’s sister Sylvia worked for the CIA. Her father traveled throughout Latin America on an Agency for International Development (notorious for CIA front activities) contract and filed reports that went to the CIA. Her husband Michael’s step-father, Arthur Young, was the inventor of the Bell Helicopter, a major military supplier for the Vietnam War, and Michael’s job there gave him a security clearance.
From late September through November 22nd, various “Oswalds” were later reported to have simultaneously been seen from Mexico City to Dallas. Two Oswalds were arrested in the Texas Theater, the real one taken out the front door and an impostor out the back.
As Douglass says:
There were more Oswalds providing evidence against Lee Harvey Oswald than the Warren Report could use or even explain.[31]
Even J. Edgar Hoover knew that Oswald impostors were used, as he told LBJ concerning Oswald’s alleged visit to the Soviet Embassy in Mexico City. He later called this CIA ploy, “the false story re Oswald’s trip to Mexico . . . their (CIA’s) double-dealing,” something that he couldn’t forget. [32]
It was apparent to anyone paying close attention that a very intricate and deadly game was being played at high levels in the shadows.
We know Oswald was blamed for the President’s murder. But if one fairly follows the trail of the crime, it becomes blatantly obvious that government forces were at work. Douglass and others have amassed layer upon layer of evidence to show how this had to be so.
Who Had the Power to Withdraw the President’s Security?
To answer this essential question is to finger the conspirators and to expose, in Vincent Salandria’s words, “the false mystery concealing state crimes.”[33]
Neither Oswald, the mafia nor anti-Castro Cubans could have withdrawn most of the security that day. Sheriff Bill Decker ordered all his deputies “to take no part whatsoever in the security of that [presidential] motorcade.”[34] Police Chief Jesse Curry did the same for Dallas police protection for the president in Dealey Plaza. Both “Chief Curry and Sheriff Decker gave their orders withdrawing security from the president in obedience to orders they had themselves received from the Secret Service.” The Secret Service withdrew the police motorcycle escorts from beside the president’s car where they had been on previous presidential motorcades as well as the day before in Houston and removed agents from the back of the car where they were normally stationed to obstruct gunfire.
The Secret Service admitted there were no Secret Service agents on the ground in Dealey Plaza to protect Kennedy. But we know from extensive witness testimony that, during and after the assassination, there were people in Dealey Plaza impersonating Secret Service agents who stopped policeman and the public from moving through the area on the Grassy Knoll where some of the shots appeared to come from. The Secret Service approved the fateful, dogleg turn (on a dry run on November 18) where the car, driven by Secret Service agent William Greer, moved at a snail’s pace and came almost to a halt before the final head shot, clear and blatant security violations. The House Select Committee on Assassinations concluded this, not some conspiracy theorist.[35]
Who could have squelched the testimony of the many doctors and medical personnel who claimed the president had been shot from the front in his neck and head, testimony contradicting the official story?
Who could have prosecuted and imprisoned Abraham Bolden, the first African-American Secret Service agent personally brought on to the White House detail by JFK, who warned that he feared the president was going to be assassinated? (Douglass interviewed Bolden seven times and his evidence on the aborted plot to kill JFK in Chicago on November 2 is a story little known but extraordinary in its implications.)
The list of all the people who turned up dead, the evidence and events manipulated, the inquiry squelched, distorted, and twisted in an ex post facto cover-up clearly point to forces within the government, not rogue actors without institutional support.
The evidence for a conspiracy organized at the deepest levels of the intelligence apparatus is overwhelming. James Douglass presents it in such depth and so logically that only one hardened to the truth would not be deeply moved and affected by his book, JFK and the Unspeakable.
But there is more from him and other researchers who have cut the Gordian knot of this false mystery with a few brief strokes.
Oswald, The Preordained Patsy
Three examples will suffice to show that Lee Harvey Oswald, working as part of a U.S. Intelligence operation, was set up to take the blame for the assassination of President Kennedy, and that when he said in police custody that he was “a patsy,” he was speaking truthfully. These examples make it clear that Oswald was deceived by his intelligence handlers and had been chosen without his knowledge, long before the murder, to take the blame as a lone, crazed killer.
First, Kennedy was shot at 12:30 P.M. CT. According to the Warren Report, at 12:45 P.M. a police report was issued for a suspect that perfectly fit Oswald’s description. This was based on the testimony of Howard Brennan, who said he was standing across from the Book Depository and saw a standing white man, about 5’10” and slender, fire a rifle at the president’s car from the sixth-floor window. This was blatantly false because photographs taken moments after the shooting show the window open only partially at the bottom about fourteen inches, and it would have been impossible for a standing assassin to be seen “resting against the left windowsill,” (the windowsill was a foot from the floor), as Brennan is alleged to have said. He would have therefore had to have been shooting through the glass. The description of the suspect was clearly fabricated in advance to match Oswald’s.
Then between 1:06 and 1:15 P.M. in the quiet residential Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, Police Officer J.D. Tippit was shot and killed. Supposedly based on Brennan’s description broadcast over police radio, Tippit had stopped a man fitting the description and this man pulled a gun and shot the officer. Meanwhile, Oswald had returned to his rooming house where his landlady said he left at 1:03 P.M., went outside, and was standing at a northbound bus stop. The Tippet murder took place nine-tenths of a mile away to the south where a witness, Mrs. Higgins, said she heard a gunshot at 1:06 P.M., ran outside, saw Tippit lying in the street and a man running away with a handgun whom she said was not Oswald.
Oswald is reported to have entered the Texas Theater minutes before the Tippit murder. The concession stand operator, Warren Burroughs has said he sold him popcorn at 1:15 P.M., which is the time the Warren Report claims Tippit was killed. At 1:50 P.M., Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested in the Texas Theater and taken out the front door where a crowd and many police cars awaited him, while a few minutes later a second Oswald is secretly taken out the back door of the movie theater. (To read this story of the second Oswald and his movement by the CIA out of Dallas on a military aircraft on the afternoon of November 22, 1963, documented in great detail by James W. Douglass, is an eye-opener.)
The official narrative of Oswald and the Tippit murder begs credulity, but it serves to “show” that Oswald was a killer.[36]
Despite his denials, Oswald, set up for Kennedy’s murder based on a prepackaged description, is arraigned for Tippit’s murder at 7:10 PM. It was not until the next day that he was charged for Kennedy’s.

This video from Australia is extremely bothersome. I usually try to focus on the positive (which is why I consciously choose to not write often, or at all, about things like healthy athletes dropping dead in unusual numbers in short temporal proximity to receiving the product, or about previously healthy children developing acute heart conditions or starting to fall apart while no one knows how to help them, and so on.) I don’t write about those things because I find the scenario of misleading and hurting the innocent so appalling that I feel too emotional to write about it in an even-headed manner—and since we need to trasncend the fear and collectively get out of this state of abusing and silencing human beings, I focus on what we can do to stay strong and remember our truth.
However, this video from Australia is just like a hint at a classic artsy horror movie in which, to the sound of beautiful music, people are getting hurt. (What I am referring to as the following: In my teen years, I was tempted by my film connoisseur friends to watch the famous art film, “The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover.” The visuals of torture, set to an exquisite soundtrack, were so disturbing to my senses that at some point I shut the TV and never finished watching it. Needless to say, I don’t like Peter Greenaway, and I don’t care how famous of a film director he is.)
But what’s happening in Australia is happening to live human beings like you and I, in real life. It is not a work of art, and no longer a drill. (Remember how early in the pandemic, the WHO suggested going to people’s homes and removing them? And how it was mentioned in the passing and then kind of hushed away as a weird conspiracy theory?)
All this is existentially wrong. I cannot tolerate abuse. I object. We need to stop pretending that this is fine. It is NOT fine.
People sent to “isolation camps,” using the Army, based the fact that somehow has determined that they had been in contact with “COVID cases”? The absolute absurdity of this situation belongs in the theater, not in real life. It is known that the tests are 100% meaningless, with a false positive rate of over 90% and actually other flaws as well. Naming a case based on a positive test is a crime against science, logic—and most importantly, innocent people. So this scenario is like being sent to a camp, while being a regular healthy person, because the authorities said so. And isolation camps, based on reports, are very much prison-like.
So, in theory, or in practice, you could be compliant, take the product, live a standard life, have a successful career, and then one day the authorities can still take you away from your home by force and send you to a camp by declaring that you are dangerous to society? Do you understand what it means? How is this different from what they end up writing about in history books as periods of totalitarian darkness?
Disgusting.
We need clarity.
We need total clarity…
I want to say, “I stand with Australia,” but what does it mean? Can we please all agree that this is not normal? Can we please agree that there is no longer “theory” in the “conspiracy theory,” and that if the governments always “err” on the side of taking the freedoms away and protecting their corporate owners—at the expense of basic human dignity—then maybe this is just a very ordinary conspiracy, and law and order are being dismantled?

"I contacted the Prime Minister last night. We are grateful for the support of about 20 ADF personnel, as well as army trucks to assist with the transfer of positive cases and close contacts – and to support the communities.
We are doing an assessment today of what extra resources we might need from the Feds, and the Prime Minister is ready to help further – I thank him for that."

A report in the U.K. Telegraph explains how the Covid-19 vaccine has led to a sharp rise in excess deaths. Here’s an excerpt from the article:
