As world-wide excess mortality rates increase and life expectancies decline, as morbidities and incapacitations proliferat and the workforce dwindles; the revenues of stockholders, CEOs, and a few executives go ballistic. Welcome to the “post-Reagan neoliberal economy,” where no crisis goes to waste! There’s gold in them thar’ hills!
In this ceimsa bulletin, we return to Mark Ames’ 2005 book, Going
Postal: Rage, Murder & Rebellion in America, to present his analysis of the origins of this novel
form of violence in the contemporary capitalist workplace and the schoolyard.
In the third part of this book, entitled “Ragenomics,”
Ames devotes chapter 6, “Making an Empire State Building Out of an Anthill,” to
a description of the incredible intensification of labor exploitation that was introduced
by the restructuring of working conditions and is accompanied often by the gleeful
acceptance on the part of the general population, replete with the popular appearance
of new culture heroes in the corporate media. In some ways this is the story of
the proverbial frog placed in the pot of water which is slowly brought to a
boil, after it’s too late to escape.

morning television cartoons, it’s a virtual kindergarten for sadomasochism
!
So here
we have the life of a post-Reagan era white-collar American, his benefits have
been slashed, his pay stagnated, and his vacation time dwindled, Life is
objectively worse. Yet for the American employer, this has been a time to
celebrate. Their American workers work more hours than ever before, to such an
inhuman degree that one wonders why the knit-cap anti-globalizationers
don’t produce empathy-puppets in defense of America’s white-collar servants.
Over the past three decades, the average
American’s work year grew by 184 hours, an additional four and a half weeks on
the job for the same or less pay. By contrast, Americans work 350 hours more
per year than their European counterparts. Overtime has almost no meaning.
Today, nearly 40 percent of American employees worked more than fifty hours per
week.
This workload increase grew even more in
the last decade. Eileen Appelbaum of the Economic
Policy Institute reported that a typical husband-and-wife household worked five
hundred more hours in 2000 than they did in 1990. As work time skyrocketed to
the maximum level humanly possible, President Bush delivered corporations yet
another gift in the summer of 2004: new legislation stripping millions of
workers of the traditional right to overtime pay for overtime work.
While Americans are spending insanely
longer hours at the office, the physical space where they spend this time has
simultaneously shrunk. Just over a ten year period from the mid-1980s to the
mid-1990s, the average workspace had reduced in size anywhere from 25 percent
to 50 percent, according to a 1997 Businessweek
article, “Help! I’m a Prisoner in a Shrinking Cubicle.” Thirty-five million
people work in cubicles, which, by design, are a “mechanism of constant
surveillance,” a demeaning, identical honeycomb structure created to remind its
inhabitants in no uncertain terms how much less privileged they are than their
office-enclosed executive supervisors. Cubicles also heighten the sense of
alienation within the workplace. As Dr. Paul Rosch,
president of the American Stress Institute, said, “People sit six feet apart in
little cubicles and never speak with each other except by computer. You never
hear a human voice and it’s ‘press one’ or ‘press three’; it’s very
frustrating.” It is a familiar alienation, almost identical to the special
alienation of the suburban subdivision where these same cubicle workers spend
their mornings and nights, with neighbors who never speak to each other and
rarely even see each other.
“Human beings weren’t
meant to sit in little cubicles, starring at computer screens all day,
filling out useless forms and listening to eight different
bosses drone on about mission statements.”
And
cubicles aren’t the worst modern corporate inventions. By the end of the
nineties ‘hotelling’ or ‘open-space’ workspaces
became increasingly common, whereby the employee has no fixed workstation and
often no privacy, increasing both the sense that he is being watched as well as
the sense that he is replaceable and meaningless. It got to the point where Fortune
magazine named Plante & Morgan, a Michigan
accounting firm, the tenth best place in America to work in 2001 because it
offered such benefits as offices with a door, a desk, and a computer for each
staff member.
And we’re the only idiots in the world
eagerly signing up for this slavish life.
Remember the Japanese, those robotic
workaholics whose secret to success in the late 1980s was an inhuman, ant-like
dedication to their corporation, something we individualistic, freedom-loving,
fun-obsessed Americans could never emulate because we were just too damn human,
too creative, and too Fortier-spirited? Welp,
nowadays Americans work total hours that add up to nearly a month per year
longer than the Japanese, and nearly three more months per year more than
Germans, according to an International Labor Organization study. How so? All our overtime. And all those vacation days we can’t take,
and those vacation days we can, but won’t. And remember, Germans and Japanese
get full health coverage and double our holiday time without having to wait
thirty years – or any years – for that benefit to kick in! Compared to
Americans, the Japanese are the corporate world’s Jeff Spicoli-san
– it’s Fast Times at Matsushita High for Japan Inc.’s workers, while the
famously obedient-to-authority Germans party hearty in a corporate culture that
looks like Der Amimal Haus next to our wretched arrangement.
Yet we Americans think we’re just plain
nuts, a barrel of laughs with a zany next-door neighbor to complete the
picture. Life really is a series of trivial yet entertaining domestic dramas,
just like on Seinfeld or Friends – if only we were able to spend a few minutes
at home, then surely that laugh-o-matic wackiness
that our culture tells us exists would appear.
Speaking of wackiness, it must be a hell
of a lot of fun to be a corporate executive in the post-Reagan era. If you were
the type of kid who liked pulling wings off flies or stuffing firecrackers up
cat’s asses, then you’d probably find the philosophy of a post-Reagan CEO much
to your liking.
Corporate America’s executives managed to
do more than corner nearly all of the new wealth produced in the last twenty
years at the expense of their employees. They also appropriated their workers’
happiness. This wasn’t an inevitable, organic process, as the business elite’s
mandarins tell us, but rather a conscious management philosophy policy peddled
by its new executive barons. The essence of that corporate philosophy was to
instill fear into their workers in order to increase productivity with the aim
of extracting the maximum value from them in as brief a time as possible.
One of the office world’s most celebrated
plutocrats was General Electric CEO Jack Welch, who coined the famous Welchism that employees have unlimited juice to squeeze,
and who loved to tell people to ‘face reality.’ He earned the nickname “Neutron
Jack” for having fired one hundred twenty-eight thousand of his employees and
later boasting that all that was left after his mass-firings were the buildings.
That, and an enormous amount of cash for Jack and his
happy shareholders. Yuk-yuk-yuk. Some people may not
find his kind of humor to their liking, but it probably bowled ‘em over in Kennebunkport, or the Hamptons, or the
Berkshires, or any number of corporate billionaire hangouts.

How fat ‘n’ lucky was he? Welch earned
$150 million between 1996 and 1998, $83.6 million in 1998 alone.
United for a Fair Economy, an advocacy
group, described Welch’s feudal wealth this way: “If Mr. Welch’s $83 million
total compensation in 1998 were represented by the height of the Empire State
Building, how tall would the buildings represented by other GE workers be? The
typical factory workers, earning $40,000 a year, would be represented by a
building just eight inches tall. A well-compensated General Electric manager,
earning $100,000 a year, would be represented by a building less than two feet
tall – smaller than an anthill.”
Welch retired just a few days before the
terror attacks of 9/11 and was awarded a severance package worthy of a Saudi
prince. GE gave Neutron Jack an annual pension of $9 million, health and life
insurance, a $15 million Manhattan penthouse, unlimited use of the company’s
private Boeing 737 jet, a limo, country club memberships, VIP seats at New York
Knicks and Yankee games, $7.5 million in furnishings and decorations for his
four homes, and more. All this for a man who amassed a personal fortune thought
to be close to a billion dollars during his years at GE, while firing one
hundred twenty-eight thousand workers. The extent of Neutron Jack’s pillage was
only revealed after his wife busted him sleeping with another woman. She filed
for divorce and sued when Welch offered her a typically Neutron Jack settlement
of $15 million, a sum her lawyers termed ‘offensive.’ The ensuing Clash of the
Gargoyles in the cracked Welch mansion exposed the grotesque size of his
compensation, leading to a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation and
eventually a pledge by Welch to pay back to GE a part of his retirement
package.
In spite of his loathsome, King George
personality, what is most appalling is how Jack Welch managed to become
absolutely adored by corporate America’s white-collar suckers. His minions, who
stood absolutely nothing to gain and everything to lose by worshiping his
philosophy of destroying tens of thousands in order to enrich a few, called
themselves ‘Welch-heads’ in another example of our Reagan-era peasant-like
behavior.

Presumably, all of this obscene wealth
concentration in the hands of a tiny oligarchy is for everyone’s good. At least
that’s what we were told at the beginning of the Reagan Revolution, and what
we’ve come to implicitly, almost genetically believe in the years since, as all
challenges to the Reaganomics theory have been squeezed out of mainstream
discourse. Reaganomics theory, when they still needed to sell it to America,
was that we were all supposed to be people in our own unique boats, with the
sea representing wealth, and as the rich got richer, the sea would rise, and
supposedly out humble boats would rise along with theirs, as though the polar
ice caps themselves would melt for the benefit of all mankind. Moreover,
somehow, only the people with the huge yachts were capable of raising the level
of water for all of us. The rising-boat metaphor always struck me as strange,
because it implied that the land would become submerged, and those of us not in
the QE2 cruise ship would be forced to row around the high seas for the rest of
our lives, bailing out water as fast as we could. Which is exactly what
happened.(pp.95-99)
In the following chapter, titled “What Human
Flesh Tastes Like,” Ames attempts to provide a context for the hyper-greed that
the owners of great capital exhibited, at an exorbitant cost for almost
everyone else.
Who ever decided that Americans were so bad
off in the seventies anyway? From the right-wing revisionist propaganda that
had since become adopted as fact, you’d think that Americans under Present
Carter were suffering through something like the worst of the Weimar Republic
combined with the Siege of Leningrad. The truth is that on a macroeconomic
level, the difference between the Carter era and the Reagan era was minimal.
For instance, economic growth during the Carter Administration averaged 2.8
percent annually, while under Reagan, form 1982 to 1989, growth averaged 3.2
percent. Was it really worth killing ourselves over that extra .4 percent of
growth? For a lucky few, yes. On the other key
economic gauge, unemployment, the Carter years were actually better than
Reagan’s, averaging 6.7 percent annually during his ‘malaise-stricken’ term as
compared to an average 7.3 percent unemployment rate during the glorious
eight-year reign of Ronald Reagan. Under Carter, people worked less, go far
more benefits, had greater job security, and the country grew almost the same
average annual rate as under Reagan. On the other hand, according to the
Statistical Abstract of the United Stated for 1996, under Ragan life got worse
for those who had it worse: the number of people below the poverty line
increased in almost every year from 1981 (31.8 million) to 1992 (39.3 million).
And yet, we are told America was in decline until Reagan came to power
and that the country was gripped by this ethereal malaise. Where was this
malaise? Whose America as in decline?
The problem with the 1970s wasn’t that America was in decline; it was
that the plutocracy felt itself declining. And in the plutocrats’ eyes, their
fortunes are synonymous with America’s. The plutocrats felt they were in
decline because they weren’t living lavishly enough – they needed 531 times
their average worker’s salary, not 30 times. The people were getting far more
than they deserved!
Americans are probably the last people on earth who stubbornly and
irrationally accept Reaganomics as both inevitable and for the greater good.
They have waited twenty-five years for the effects to positively benefit their
lives, and even though life gets objectively more wretched, they still believe
that in the end it will work because there is nothing worse that ‘big
government.’ Critics of the Reaganomoics model of
relentless privatization and deregulation, and the constant lowering of taxes
on corporations and the wealthy, are still marginalized as left-wing radicals
or quacks – even by Reaganomics’ victims, which is to say the overwhelming
majority of Americans. It’s a reflex by this point. Like Dana Carvey’s Grumpy Old Man, we like it this way – we work
harder, stress more and earn less while the rich get richer. That’s the way it
is and we like it! We love it! Hallelujah!
One cutting edge corporate philosopher for this period whose sadism
would have appealed to the Grumpy Old Man was Intel’s CEO Any Grove. He
preached for every-greater fear in the workplace with the fervor and compassion
of Torquemada. In his book Only the Paranoid Survive, Grove wrote:
“The
quality guru W. Edwards Deming advocated stamping out fear in corporations. I
have trouble with the simple-mindednessof this
dictum. The most important role of manages is to create an environment in which
people are passionately dedicated to winning in the marketplace. Fear plays a
major role in creating and maintaining such passion. Fear of competition, fear
of bankruptcy, fear of being wrong, and fear of losing can all be powerful
motivators. How do we cultivate fear of losing in our employees? We can only do
that if we feel it ourselves.”
Grove, who became famous for such personal management innovations as the
‘Scrooge Memo’ reminding employees that they had to work a full day on
Christmas Eve, wasn’t shy about his fear-management philosophy. In a Forges
interview, he boasted , ‘It’s fear that get you out of
comfortable equilibrium, that gets you to do difficult tasks. [Fear is]
healthy, like physical pain is healthy. It warns your body that something is
wrong.’(pp.99-100)

As
we know, the opposite has been true. Fear, imposed from the top down – from
shareholder to senior executive, senior executive to executive, and so on down
the chain right to the maximally squeezed manpower temp – is the dominate trope
in post-Reagan corporate culture. One of the simplest ways to instill this fear
is to make employees acutely aware that their jobs are never safe. Grove’s
successor at Intel, Craig Barrett, was later quoted as telling shareholders,
‘The half-life of an engineer, software, hardware engineer, is only a few
years.’
Constantly restructuring, downsizing, and
layoffs became the dominant modus operandi for corporate America
in the 1980s and 1990s, in spite of the prosperity and profits. It doesn’t make
rational sense but it’s a fact: corporate layoffs increased substantially as
corporate profits increased. CEO heroes like JACK Welch led a layoff-craze that
saw 6.5 million Americans downsized just in the 1995-1997 period alone. And in
1998, 10 percent more Americans were laid off than at any point in the previous
ten years. Mass firings were no longer a symptom of economic downturns; rather,
they were considered a necessary ingredient to ratcheting up employees fear –
and rolling up huge CEO bonuses. Indeed, from the time Reagan took office
through the end of the 1990s, forty-five million Americans were fired. White
collar workers now faced the same uncertain job prospects blue-collar workers
did in the early 1980s; moreover, white collar jobs are now also being
outsourced to Third World countries, following a trend once thought confined to
manufacturing. In finance, insurance and real estate industries, the odds of
getting downsized have tripled since the mid-1980s.

This trend of downsizing and outsourcing only worsened during the Bush
the Younger recession. Recently, a congressional report doubled previous
estimates of the number of American jobs shipped off to cheap labor markets
like India from 200,000 per year to 406,000 outsourced in 2004. So it doesn’t
matter anymore if America’s economy is expanding or contracting. There is no
way out for America’s middle class, through good times and bad they will always
get squeezed and dumped, like rock star groupies.
There is a reason for that, CEOs who implemented mass layoffs were
showered with cash and stock by the shareholding class that benefited from the
pink slip massacres. Al “Chainsaw” Dunlap became a celebrity in the 1990s
famous for taking over companies, firing thousands, and walking away with
hundreds of millions in bonuses. He took over Scott Paper Co. in 1994, fired
11,200 workers or one-third of the workforce, and sent the stock up 225
percent, allowing him to cash out with $100 million in just nineteen months.
And he was a helluva guy at home too. When his first
wife divorced him, she charged that one time he pointed a knife at her and
said, ‘I’ve always wondered what human flesh tasted like.’ He forced her to dye
her hair blond because it reminded him of his previous girlfriend, threatened
to divorce her when she got pregnant, submitted her to frequent ‘dust
inspections,’ when he would wear white gloves and inspect the house for dust,
and if he found any he would unleash a torrent of abuse. Dunlap’s sadism was
pathological. ‘He said one of his favorite tricks was to wait until a two- or
three-year old child approached, then to stomp on its feet and laugh as the
infant hobbled away crying.’ And not surprisingly, Dunlap used fear as a
leadership tool: ‘His people are living in fear of him – absolute fear.’
Al Dunlap was only able to flourish and become an adored celebrity in
the 1990s because the culture had altered so much by then. Years of Reaganism had finally made it possible for a vile ogre like
Al Dunlap to come out of his lair without fear of being run through with a
stake by his employee-victims. This wasn’t always the case. When he took over a
general manager at Sterling Pulp & Paper in 1967 and applied his ‘mean
business’ philosophy of bullying and firing, he soon began receiving death
threats. In the 1990s, on the other hand, not only was Dunlap not threatened by
the tens of thousands of employees whose lives destroyed to enrich himself and
his shareholders, but worse, he was worshiped for it by the same people who
stood to lose if Dunlap’s ‘mean business’ philosophy was applied to them. This
is a clear and noteworthy example of how deeply the culture had been altered by
years of Reaganomoics’ cultural propaganda. The
acculturation of a slave-like attitude had taken hold.

In 1998, Citygroup CEO Sandy Weill earned $167
million, at the same time that he cut 5 percent of his workforce and reduced
401(k)s, pensions, and other benefits.
Another example, drawn from White Collar Sweatshop, revealed that
in February 1992, Bank of America announced that its massive downsizing of
28,930 employees had paid off to the tune of $1.5 billion profit, the largest
in baking history. CEO Richard Rosenberg followed the profit report with a
fresh announcement: in order to save another $760 million, eight thousand of
the bank’s white collar employees were reduced to part-time status of
nineteen-hour workweeks, one hour shy of eligibility for benefits, meaning now
they were stuck with smaller paychecks, no healthcare, no vacation, and no
retirement.
Neither 9/11 nor the Dubya recession has
altered this cruel tendency. A 2002 report by the Institute for Policy Studies
and United for a Fair Economy revealed that CEO compensation rose considerably
when the CEO fired employees, cut their benefits, or moved operations offshore
even in the new millennium, even after the corporate scandals and media
attention and all the talk of patriotism and America pulling together. While
median CEO pay increased a modest 6 percent in 2002, those CEOs who announced
huge layoffs in 2001 saw their packages soar 44 percent – in the middle of the
worst recession in decades! At the thirty companies in 2002 that had the
greatest shortfalls in their employee pension funds, the CEOs of those same
companies saw their pay rocket 59 percent over the median. In other words, the
more callus/feudal you are, the more you get rewarded no matter what is going
on in the economy at large.(pp.103-105)
In the next ceimsa bulletin we shall review
Ames’ description of the immense impact corporate capitalist culture
has on social behavior, particularly at schools and in the workplace.
The
26+ items below raise many questions about: the different modalities of contemporary
capitalist warfare; new methods employed for mass mobilization; and, of course,
about to whom the war profits accrue, and at what price.

FDA Withholding Autopsy Results on People Who Died
After Getting COVID-19 Vaccines

The
U.S. Food
and Drug Administration (FDA) is refusing to release the
results of autopsies conducted on people who died after getting COVID-19
vaccines.
The FDA says it
is barred from releasing medical files, but a drug safety advocate says that it
could release the autopsies with personal information redacted.
The refusal was
issued to The Epoch Times, which submitted a Freedom of Information Act for all
autopsy reports obtained by the FDA concerning any deaths reported to
the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System following COVID-19 vaccination.
Reports are
lodged with the system when a person experiences an adverse event, or a health
issue, after receiving a vaccine. The FDA and other agencies are tasked with
investigating the reports. Authorities request and
review medical records to vet the reports, including autopsies.
The FDA declined
to release any reports, even redacted copies.
The FDA
cited federal law, which enables agencies to withhold information if
the agency “reasonably foresees that disclosure would harm an interest
protected by an exemption,” with the exemption being “personnel and medical
files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly
unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”
Federal
regulations also bar the release of “personnel, medical and similar files the
disclosure of which constitutes a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal
privacy.”
The Epoch Times
has appealed the denial, in addition to the recent
denial of results of
data analysis of VAERS reports.
‘Easily Be
Redacted’
Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who advises the FDA as part
of the Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, said that the reports
could be released with personal information blacked out.
“The personal
information could easily be redacted without losing the potential learnings from [the] autopsy,” Witczak
told The Epoch Times via email.
People make the
choice to submit autopsy results to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting
System, Witczak noted.
“If someone
submits their experience to VAERS they want and expect to have it investigated
by the FDA. This includes autopsy reports,” she said.
Autopsies are
examinations of deceased persons performed to determine the cause of death.
“Autopsies can
be an important part of postmortem analysis and should be done especially with
increased deaths following COVID-19 vaccination,” Witczak
said.

German government has ordered 100 million doses of BA.1 and BA.4/5 bivalent
vaccines at a cost of 2.5 billion Euros, and almost nobody wants them. An amusing Welt article chronicles the
scenes unfolding at our deserted regional vaccination centres,
which for some reason are still open:
Michael Hubmann did not expect that so few would come. Only 85
people had themselves vaccinated against Covid-19 on Thursday in Fürth in Middle Franconia, a district with 120,000
inhabitants. “We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for people,” says Hubmann, a paediatrician who is
coordinating the vaccination campaign. He explains that vaccinations were
offered simultaneously in two shopping centres, a
bus, a home for the elderly and in a former shop in
the pedestrian zone. “Yet hardly anyone wanted to have the fourth dose.”
The medical
bureaucrats are baffled, just baffled:
“Unfortunately,
interest in the fourth dose has been pretty low so far,” says Markus Beier, Chairman of the German Association of General
Practitioners. At the same time, he says it’s important that people over 60 and
those with previous illnesses in particular protect themselves with a further
dose. “There is uncertainty among the population as to what further
vaccinations will achieve. But they still strengthen protection against severe
outcome.”
Meanwhile, vast
quantities of vaccine are expiring. At the end of August alone, 3.9 million
doses of Moderna and another 700,000 doses of Novavax had to be binned.

Health Risks Associated with 5G Exposure, Small Cell
Densification and New Wireless Networks
The European Parliament requested a research
report “Health
Impact of 5G” which was released in July 2021 and concluded that
commonly used RFR frequencies (450 to 6000 MHz) are probably carcinogenic for
humans and clearly affect male fertility with possible adverse effects on the
development of embryos, fetuses and newborns.
“Cell towers, 5G Networks and 4G Small Cells Emit
Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation”
Studies find RF
exposure elevated in buildings located close to cell antennas.
Baltrėnas et al 2012 investigated RF
power density levels from cell phone antennas located 35 meters away from a
10-story apartment building. The transmitting antennas were approximately at
the same height as the 6th floor of the building. The researchers found the
highest RF at floors 5–7. The RF at the 6th floor balcony was three times
higher than the 3rd floor balcony. The RF power density at the 6th floor was about 15 times the RF measures at the first
floor.
The study “Radiofrequency radiation from nearby
mobile phone base stations-a case comparison of one low and one high exposure
apartment “ published in Oncology Letters (Koppel
et al 2019) found that the apartment with high RF exposure had
outdoor areas as close as 6 meters (about 19.6 feet) from the cell antenna
array. In contrast, the low exposure apartment’s balcony had cell antennas at
40 meters (about 131 feet) away. The researchers also found that both
apartments had good mobile phone reception and “Therefore, installation of base
stations to risky places cannot be justified using the good reception
requirement argument.”
A 2017 case
report of RF levels in an apartment close to two groups of rooftop
cellular antennas used an exposimeter to measure
levels of different types of RF in the apartment and balconies including
TV, FM, TETRA emergency services, 2G GSM, 3G UMTS, 4G LTE, DECT cordless,
Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz and WiMAX. The closest
transmitting antennas were at a base station 6 meters from the balcony. The
researchers documented a number of important findings. First, 97.9% of the mean
RF radiation was caused by downlink from the 2G, 3G and 4G base stations.
(Downlink means frequencies emitted “down” from
the base station cellular antennas.) The researchers found that if the
base station RF emissions were excluded, the RF radiation in the children’s
bedrooms was reduced ~99%. The researchers conclude that, “due to the current
high RF radiation, the apartment is not suitable for long‑term living,
particularly for children who may be more sensitive than adults.”

Introduction
I write this
expert report as a British engineer, inventor, patent writer and weapons
research scientist; an engineer with a materials science background, and
inventor of the world’s first binocular optical wave guides, weapons sight
systems, infrared thermal imaging head up displays, molecular reactors, signal
processing, and transducer design, to name a limited few.
As Chief
Technology Officer (CTO) at the company that designed and brought to market the
world’s first internationally approved head up display (HUD) product,
accredited with a number of innovation awards, but more importantly regulated
to a number of internationally recognized standards, including (DOT) Department
of Transport ECE 22.05, as well as ANSI and others, I was relied upon in the
establishment of international standards for augmented reality (AR) and virtual
reality (VR) HUD systems.

Cyber Command
USA had been made aware of my expertise and specifically requested my advice
with regard to an unusual 5G antenna design deployed across the USA. I have
been extremely fortunate that most (but not all) of my research and product
development work has been carried out outside of the Official Secrets Acts
(OSA) legislation.
I have acted as a witness and provided statements in
several court cases, exposing the lack of any credible evidence that the 5G
light-emitting diode (LED) network and planned neural connection to the 5G grid
are safe.
This includes nano metamaterial technologies that are contaminating
vaccinations, that are not legal or lawful, and that breach a number of international
and domestic laws.
Judge Nolan at Newcastle Crown Court stated that “The 5G risk must be debated” and
that “This is a democracy and the
public have a right to know”.
The evidence I presented to the court defeated the
attempt by the local authorities and actors in the British establishment to
silence me from providing the published scientific evidence on the risks posed
to the public and environment from the 5G urban radar network and its ultimate
purpose.
The failed court action taken by the local authority
created a publicity storm that helped to highlight the actual risks from the 5G deployment across the world, as well as the
total lack of care taken by regulators allowing this 5G deployment.
My involvement with several research and development
projects spans my entire working career and includes some of a sensitive nature
due to Official Secrets Act 1911 restrictions and therefore I am not at liberty
to disclose these in a public domain; suffice to say this work has led to an
understanding of Department of Defense (DOD) contracts, the
compartmentalization of weapon product design projects, and Directed Energy
Weapons (DEW), whose existence has until recently been obscured and sometimes
denied. I.1.
The use of directional microwave radiation weapons
by unknown actors on US embassies in Cuba, China and Russia, known as Havana
Syndrome, is still not fully recognized by the authorities. Havana Syndrome
bears all the hallmarks of microwave radiation emissions, which have left
victims suffering significant and irreparable neurological damage, among other
injuries. The US government has been unable to keep these weapons secret and
recently passed a bill to compensate embassy staff victims. I.2
The US intelligence agencies, in their
communications with the Russian government, confirm that they already knew of
the existence and capability of microwave radiation weapons and their appeal to
their assumed Russian adversaries was for the cessation of the use of these
weapons against their embassies. I.3
My research field also covers other battlefield
interrogation and weapon systems, including Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems
(LAWS), I.4, Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), Light Detection And
Ranging (LIDAR), phased array radar technologies, including 5G for tracking
weapons platforms, as well as biological assets on and off the battlefield that
are increasingly used in a civilian setting to include facial recognition
technologies, autonomous electric vehicles, drones, none of which have been
fully environmentally assessed for harm from their radiation emissions to the
general public or wildlife. I.5
5G urban radar,
ionizing radiation and critical infrastructure risks
5G, unlike all of the other generations (Gs) of
telecommunications, is technically identified as an urban
radar directed energy in air emission, which requires the antenna to be
designed to cause the focused energy in air for the high-speed compression of
data to and from antennas designed to
send and receive focused energy through a theoretical collimated and coherent
signal. II.1
The beam forming wave in the main lobe emission
breaches the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection
(ICNIRP) guideline of 61V for a maximum exposure of 6 minutes. II.2
This ICNIRP guideline is contrary to the Council of
Europe (COE) 1815 Resolution and to the European 2016 guideline, which confirm
the published peer-reviewed science that anything over 600 mV/m should be
limited to short-term exposure, and long-term exposure
should be no more than 200 mV/m. This is orders of magnitude lower than the
6-minute, 61,000 mV ICNIRP guideline, which is a biological cooking value.
ICNIRP is widely acknowledged to be a “captured agency”, as confirmed in the
Italian courts. II.3
The sweeping movement of the beam wave at over 13.6V
causes the positive charging of air, which is noxious to all biological life at
significant distances from the antenna emission to the target acquisition zone,
such is the capability of the 5G hard- and software and is the very reason this
equipment is, and has been, used extensively on the battlefield as scanning
environment radar and Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) for the purpose of
disrupting and disabling enemy hardware, as well as biological assets, i.e.
humans. II.4
Typically,
the 5G antenna design uses a larger power input and directed output to deliver
focused, high-power data compression signals measured in watts or electron
volts.

So I know that I’m supposed to cover the Most Censored News and the fact that
massive new studies show antidepressants don’t do nearly what we were told they
do is on the cover of Newsweek does not exactly count as the most censored news. But I’ll get to

Newsweek reports, “In 2019, one
in eight Americans—43 million in all—were taking a Selective Serotonin Reuptake
Inhibitor (SSRI), and those numbers have likely risen among a public ridden
with COVID-induced anxiety.”
In fact, over the past few years, so many people
were demanding Zoloft that the FDA warned there would be a shortage.
Think about that, one in eight Americans are on
antidepressants, and assuming almost all of those people are 18 or older, 43
million is actually one in every six American adults. That is insane.
You might be wondering how they found out
antidepressants barely do anything. Newsweek
explains, “The U.S. Food and Drug Administration …published the most

sustained attacks, damaging public trust in the scientific enterprise and its
aim to serve the public good. Government efforts to address corporate attacks
have been inadequate. Researchers have cataloged corporate malfeasance that
harms people's health across diverse industries. Well-known cases, like the
tobacco industry's efforts to downplay the dangers of smoking, are
representative of transnational industries, rather than unique. This
contribution schematizes industry tactics to distort, delay, or distract the
public from instituting measures that improve health-tactics that comprise the
"disinformation playbook." Using a United States policy lens, we
outline steps the scientific community should take to shield science from
corporate interference, through individual actions (by scientists, peer
reviewers, and editors) and collective initiatives (by research institutions,
grant organizations, professional associations, and regulatory agencies).

member of the League of Conservation Voters' "Dirty Dozen" list, with
a whopping 0% score on their 2021 National Environmental Scorecard, thanks to
his atrocious voting record in the House of Representatives.1
Budd
has gotten massive donations from oil and gas companies and repeatedly voted to
allow polluters to continue contaminating our air and water. Heck, he has even
voted against protecting people and the environment from toxic "forever
chemicals" known as PFAS.2,3
Unlike
Budd, Cheri Beasley knows that climate change is real and that its consequences
are already being felt by the people of North Carolina. The state has been
devastated by multiple hurricanes in recent years, has hundreds of miles of
coastline at risk of being lost to sea-level rise, and has at least 300,000 residents
who are particularly vulnerable to the extreme heat becoming more and more
common across the state.

has voted against the mildest of gun safety legislation.5
He
even voted against providing free COVID-19 testing and emergency aid to
families during the pandemic.6
That is not the type of
leadership the American people deserve.

Whilst there are
indeed plenty of Iranians or Iranian sympathisers in
Iraq, they came in with the occupiers. Many in high places in Iraq’s corrupt,
militia driven, American puppet government, speak Farsi, not Arabic.
The increasingly
hysterical claims regarding Iran, the latest threat to life as we know it, is
being brought to you by the very same warmongers who wrought the duplicity that
resulted in Iraq’s murderous decimation, the hawks’ nest which is the American
Enterprise Institute (AEI) and their friends.
A glance at the
AEI website lists those including:
Paul Wolfowitz (“entrepreneurship and
development”),
Michael Rubin (“Arab democracy”),
Richard Perle (“defence
…intelligence”),
Joshua Muravchik (“global democracy”),
John Bolton (“foreign policy”),
Lynne Cheney, whose husband, as ever, is believed a driving force behind the
attack plan (“culture and education”),
Michael Ledeen (latest book: “The Iranian Time Bomb:
The Mullah Zealots Quest for Destruction”),
Daniell Pletka (“Vice
President for foreign and defence policy studies”)
who, writing in the “Wall Street Journal” (28th September 2007) referred to
Iran’s “illegal nuclear weapons … Washington’s impotence” and “clear
information of a link to a weapons of mass destruction programme”.
This in spite of the International Atomic Energy Authority
finding no indication of such programmes.
It all sounds chillingly familiar.
Interestingly,
an item on the Institute’s list of “Research Projects” is “Global Investment in
Iran”. Surely a matter for Iran – or does the AEI already regard Iran’s oil
fields and assets as their fiscal frolic zone?

Rarely
do we hear from the victims of the 1937 genocide of Haitians at the
Haiti-Dominican border. Their memories are one of unimaginable violence.
In last week’s issue,
we marked the eight-fifth anniversary of the 1937 massacre of Haitian migrants
by the military and local citizens of the Dominican Republic. Ordered by the
racist dictator, Rafael Trujillo, between 14,000 and 40,000 people - men,
women, and children - were slaughtered. According to a U.S. observer present at
the time, “women killed with three-pointed daggers,
and babies tossed on bayonets in the hands of drunken Dominican rural police.”
The scale of this state-sponsored monstrous event demonstrates the hatred of
Haitians and Blackness on that side of the island.
Over the years,
the governments of the Dominican Republic have treated Haitian migrants living
and working on the border with absolute contempt. For example, the
denationalization law that the government passed in 2013 stripped citizenship
from Dominicans of Haitian descent going back eight generations. Meanwhile, the
Dominican government has regularly rounded up and deported Haitian people.
Indeed, every few years, especially as the domestic economic situation
deteriorates, the Dominican political elite have used Haitian migrants as
scapegoats to their corruption and bad governance. As we wrote last week, we
are, once again, at a precipice as the racist and belligerent discourse of the
current right wing Dominican President, Luis Abinader,
sounds eerily similar to that of Trujillo.
Though the 1937
massacre - or, more appropriately, genocide - is now known, we have rarely
heard from those who witnessed it. As a follow up to last week’s article on antiHaitianism in the Dominican Republic, we publish the testimonies of two eyewitnesses to
the 1937 genocide. These testimonies were collected in the late 1980s by
Professor Lauren Derby at Haitian-Dominican border communities, and published
in an online
post in 1999. At the time of the interviews, fifty years had passed since the
genocide, described as “El Corto,” or “the cutting.”
At the time, the survivors were mere children. But it is significant how clear
and strong their memories are. The brutality of this massacre cannot be
overstated; one witness reports that, “There were a lot of small children who
were thrown up in the air and stabbed with a bayonet, and then placed on top of
their mothers,” and: “they killed my entire family…we were twenty-eight.” It is
also important to note that many Dominicans resisted this massacre. Some warned
the Haitian population beforehand while others hid Haitian friends in their
homes or transported them across the border. Furthermore, as the witnesses
pointed out, the border communities coexisted: “Before the massacre, in the
frontier, although there were two sides, the people were one, united.” But
also, it seems that the massacre was sudden, unexpected, and the beginnings of
their division. “The first problem was the massacre.”
As we watch the
rising tensions at the Dominican-Haitian border, fueled primarily by a distinct
antiBlack and antiHaitian
hatred, we reprint these testimonies. May this history not be repeated.

The
Defense Department announced Wednesday that the United States and its allies
are planning to “expand their nations’ industrial base” for building bombs,
rockets and artillery for the war with Russia in Ukraine.
In the name of
“providing long-term support to Ukraine,” the world’s leading imperialist
powers are massively escalating their wartime production of “ground-based long
range fires, air defense systems, air-to-ground
munitions.”
The New York Times called the
announcement a “Turning Point for Allies Arming Ukraine” and a “sign that the
United States and its allies believe that the fighting in Ukraine will last
years.”
That same day,
Washington announced plans to more than double the number of long-range HIMARS
missile launchers sent to Ukraine. According to the Pentagon, the US will spend
another $1.1 billion on arms shipments to the country.
These moves come
as Russia has declared that it would recognize the independence of four
Ukrainian territories partially under its control, in what is expected to be
the prelude to their formal annexation on Friday.
On Monday, a series of attacks took place on the Nord Stream I
and Nord Stream II pipelines,
which have the capability of transferring natural gas from Russia to Germany.
Ending the Nord Stream II pipeline project was a major goal of the United
States in seeking to provoke a war with Russia.
Although no
state has taken responsibility for the attacks, Radosław
Sikorski, the former Foreign Minister of Poland and
husband of US state operative Anne Applebaum,
tweeted, “Thank you, USA,” before subsequently deleting the tweet.
These
developments follow a major military debacle for Russian forces in northeastern Ukraine earlier
this month, in which Ukrainian US-NATO proxy forces advanced dozens of miles in
a matter of days. In the wake of the collapse of Russian defenses in the Kharkiv region, the Kremlin threatened to use nuclear
weapons in the war, while US officials declared that they would not be
“deterred” from escalating their involvement in the war by the threat of
nuclear annihilation.
The lightning
advance by Ukraine was made possible by the fact that the United States had
provided its most sophisticated ground-based missile and anti-aircraft systems
to Ukrainian troops and had proposed, organized and led the offensive.
The United
States, having transformed the Ukrainian army into a wholly-owned subsidiary of
the Pentagon, has effectively emptied its armories of all available weapons to
send to the country.

World
War III has already begun. You simply aren’t being told this because your
government and dishonest media outlets are dedicated to keeping you in the
dark. After all, they want to use the remaining time to stockpile food,
ammunition, medical supplies and precious metals for themselves, and this can
only be accomplished by withholding the truth about the situation for as long
as possible.
The Prime
Minister of Serbia may be an exception to this, as he is now publicly warning
that the world is about to experience a “great world conflict” that will likely
begin in the next two months.
“Aleksandar Vucic made the
alarming comments during the first day of the UN General Assembly session in
New York,” reports Paul Joseph Watson at Summit.news. The full quote from Vucic
is:
I assume that
we’re leaving the phase of the special military operation and approaching a
major armed conflict, and now the question becomes where is the line, and
whether after a certain time – maybe a month or two, even – we will enter a
great world conflict not seen since the Second World War.
NATO is already
at war with Russia, and Putin is gearing up for a continental battle
What’s happening
is that psychopathic western nations have — the real aggressors in this war —
have unleashed not just “suicide sanctions” against Russia, but are also
running Ukraine’s military operations against Russia. This means NATO is
already in the war, even if NATO won’t admit it yet. Worse yet, NATO leaders
are openly demanding the complete destruction of Russia and the occupation /
exploitation of Russia’s natural resources, which is of course the entire model
of global exploitation and pillaging typically carried out by the west.

“Preemptive Nuclear War”: The Historic Battle for
Peace and Democracy. A Third World War Threatens the Future of Humanity

Introduction
At no point
since the first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima on August 6th, 1945, has humanity been closer to the
unthinkable. All the safeguards of the Cold War era, which categorized the
nuclear bomb as “a weapon of last resort”, have been scrapped.
Vladimir Putin’s
statement on February 21st, 2022 was a response to US threats to use nuclear weapons on
a preemptive basis against Russia, despite Joe Biden’s
“reassurance” that the US would not be resorting to “A first strike” nuclear
attack against an enemy of America:
“Let me [Putin] explain that U.S. strategic planning
documents contain the possibility of a
so-called preemptive strike against enemy missile systems. And who is
the main enemy for the U.S. and NATO? We know that too. It’s Russia. In NATO
documents, our country is officially and directly declared the main threat to
North Atlantic security. And Ukraine will serve as a forward springboard for
the strike.” (Putin Speech, February 21,
2022, emphasis added)
Last July 2021,
the Biden administration launched its 2021 Nuclear
Posture Review (NPR) to be completed
and formally announced in 2022. The 2021 NPR is to include what
is described as a “nuclear declaratory policy of the United States”.
It is unlikely
that the 2021 NPR will repeal the nuclear options of
the Obama and Bush administrations which are largely
predicated on the notion of preemptive
nuclear war raised in President Putin’s speech.
The underlying
US nuclear doctrine consists in portraying
nuclear weapons as a means of “self defense” rather than as a “weapon
of mass destruction”.
Moreover, there
are powerful financial interests behind the NPR which are tied into the $1.3 trillion nuclear weapons program initiated under
President Obama.
Although the
Ukraine conflict has so-far been limited to conventional weapons coupled with
“economic warfare”, the use of a large array of sophisticated WMDs including
nuclear weapons is on the drawing board of the Pentagon.
According to the
Federation of American Scientists, the total number of nuclear warheads Worldwide
is of the order of 13,000. Russia and the United
States “each have around 4,000 warheads in their military stockpiles”.

Two Trillion Dollars
Under Joe Biden, public funds allocated to
nuclear weapons are slated to increase
to 2 trillion by 2030 allegedly as a means to safeguarding
peace and national security at taxpayers expense. (How
many schools and hospitals could you finance with 2 trillion dollars?):
The
United States maintains an arsenal of about 1,700 strategic
nuclear warheads deployed on
intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and submarine-launched ballistic
missiles (SLBMs) and at strategic
bomber bases. There are an additional estimated 100 non-strategic, or tactical, nuclear weapons at bomber bases in five
European countries and about
2,000 nuclear warheads in storage. [see our

The
Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimated in May 2021 that the United States will spend a
total of $634 billion over the next 10 years to sustain and modernize its

I will first focus on the Post Cold War shift in US Nuclear Doctrine, followed
by a brief review of the history of nuclear weapons going back to the Manhattan Project initiated in 1939
with the participation of both Canada and the United Kingdom.
