Subject: Producing ‘Human Nature’ under Crisis
Conditions: damned if we do, damned if we don’t, and damned anyway.
November 8, 2020
Grenoble, France
Dear Colleagues
and Friends of CEIMSA,
Last night I
dreamt of a theater stage upon which hand puppets were performing. The puppet
master was on stage, but blended into the background props so that he was
hardly detectable. He held in his left hand a puppet representing Joe Biden and
in his right hand, a replica of Donald Trump. The surrounding was a voluptuous
garden, with exotic flowers. The puppet master had the two puppets arguing
adamantly with one another, but from time to time they would reach down and
snatch a beautiful flower and put it in a bag which lay next to the puppet master’s
elbow, thus accumulating the treasures in the garden for the puppet master.
Part of this
leitmotif was a war scene on the right side of the background, with guns blazing,
bombs flashing, and drones firing rockets – all in the midst of screams of agony.
Occasionally, the puppets would play a flute and draw children from the
audience into the pit that lay in front of the war scene.
On left side of
the background was a scene from the Supreme Court, where you could hear the din
of lawyers arguing, judges waxing righteous, and plaintiffs pleading for
justice.
Before the center
panel stood the puppet master, hardly distinguishable from the background motif,
continuing to accumulate the treasurers gathered by his puppets until I woke
up. . . .
After looking at
the psychotic political theater on the road over these past few days - and all
the while observing who is being robbed of life and riches - I inspected my
book shelves until a book jumped out at me; I picked up my old copy of R. D.
Laing’s 1967 critique of psychiatric practice, The
Politics of Experience, where in the first page he wrote:
Given the conditions of contemporary civilization,
how can one claim that the ‘normal’ man is sane?
The conditions of alienation, of being asleep, of
being unconscious, of being out of one’s mind, is the condition of the normal
man.
Society
highly values its normal man. It educates children to lose themselves and to
become absurd, and thus to be normal.
Normal
men have killed perhaps 100,000,000 of their fellow men in the last fifty
years. . . .
We are
not able even to think adequately about the behaviour that is at the
annihilating edge. But what we think is less than what we know; what we know is
less than what we love; what we love is so much less than what there is. And to
that precise extent we are so much less than what we are. . . .
In the fifth
chapter of this book, Dr. Laing discusses “the schizophrenic experience” and the
frequently violent nature of the doctor-patient (“subject-object”)
relationship.
In the
last decade, a radical shift of outlook has been occurring in psychiatry. This
has entailed the questioning of old assumptions, based on the attempts of
nineteenth-century psychiatrists to bring the frame of clinical medicine to
bear on their observations. Thus the subject matter of psychiatry was thought
of as mental illness; one thought of mental physiology and mental pathology,
one looked for signs and symptoms, made one’s diagnosis, assessed prognosis and
prescribed treatment. According to one’s philosophical bias, one looked for the
etiology of these mental illnesses in the mind, in the body, in the
environment, or in inherited propensities.
The term
“schizophrenia” was coined by a Swiss psychiatrist, Bleuler, who worked within
this frame of reference. In using the term schizophrenia, I am not referring to
any condition that I suppose to be mental rather than physical, or to an
illness, like pneumonia, but to a label that some people pin on other people under
certain social circumstances. The ‘cause’ of ‘schizophrenia’ is to be found by
the examination, not of the prospective diagnosee alone, but of the whole
social context in which the psychiatric ceremonial is being conducted.
Once
demystified, it is clear, at least, that some people come to behave and to
experience themselves and others in ways that are strange and incomprehensible
to most people, including themselves. If this behavior and experience fall into
certain broad categories, they are liable to be diagnosed as subject to a
condition called schizophrenia. By present calculation almost one in every 100
children born will fall into this category art some time or other before the
age of forty-five, and in the United Kingdom at the moment there are roughly
60,000 men and women in mental hospitals, and many more outside hospitals, who are
termed schizophrenic.
A child
born today in the United Kingdom stand a ten times greater chance of being
admitted to a mental hospital than to a university and about one fifth of
mental hospitals admissions are diagnosed schizophrenic. This can be taken as
an indication that we are driving our children mad more effectively than we are
genuinely educating them. Perhaps it is our way of educating them that is
driving them mad.
Most but
not all psychiatrists still think that people they call schizophrenic suffer
from an inherited predisposition to act in predominantly incomprehensible ways,
that some as yet undetermined genetic factor (possibly a genetic morphism)
transacts with a more or less ordinary environment to induce
biochemical-endocrinological changes which in turn generate what we
observe as the behavioral signs of a subtle underlying organic process.
But it is
wrong to impute a hypothetical disease of unknown etiology and undiscovered
pathology to someone unless he can prove otherwise.
‘The schizophrenic is someone who has queer
experiences and/or is acting in a queer way, from the point of view usually of
his relatives and of ourselves. . . .
That the
diagnosed patient is suffering from a pathological process is either a fact, or an hypothesis, an assumption, or a judgment.
The
psychiatrist, adopting his clinical stance in the presence of the pre-diagnosed,
person whom he is already looking at and listening to as a patient, has
tended to come to believe that he is in
the presence of the ‘fact’ of schizophrenia. He acts as if its existence were
an established fact. He then has to discover its cause or multiple etiological
factors, to assess its prognosis, and to treat its course. The heart of the
illness then resides outside the agency of the person. That is, the illness is
taken to be a process that the person is subject to or undergoes, whether
generic, constitutional, endogenous;, exogenous,
organic or psychological, or some mixture of them all.’
Many psychiatrists
are now becoming much more cautious about adopting this starting point. But
what might take its place?
In
understanding the new viewpoint on schizophrenia, we might remind ourselves of
the six blind men and the elephant: one touched its body and said it was a
wall, another touched an ear and said it was a fan, another a leg and thought
it as a pillar, and so on. The problem is sampling and the error is incautious extrapolation.
The old was of sampling the behavior of
schizophrenics was by the method of clinical examination. The following is an
example of the type of examination conducted at the turn to the [19th]
century. The account is given by the German psychiatrist Emil Kraepelin in his
own words.
‘Gentlemen,
the cases that I have to place before you today are peculiar. First of all, you
see a servant-girl, aged twenty-four, upon whose features and frame traces of
great emaciation can be plainly seen. In spite of this, the patient is in
continual movement, going a few steps forward, then back again; she plaits her
hair, only to unloose it the next minute. On attempting to stop her movement,
we meet with unexpectedly strong resistance; if I place myself in front of
her with my arms spread out in order to stop her, if she cannot push me on
one side, she suddenly turns and slips through under my arms , so as to continue
her way. If one takes firm hold of her, she distorts her usually rigid ,
expressionless feathers with deplorable weeping, that only ceases so soon as
one lets her have her own way. We notice besides that she holds a crushed piece
of bread spasmodically clasped in the fingers of the left hand, which she
absolutely will not allow to be forced from her. The patient does not trouble
in the least about her surroundings so long as you leave her alone. If you
prick her in the forehead with a needle, she scarcely winces or runs away, and
leaves the needle quietly sticking there without letting it disturb her
restless, beast-of-prey-like wandering backwards and forwards. To questions she
answers almost nothing, at the most shaking her head. But from time to time she
wails: ‘O dear God! O dear God! O dear mother! O dear mother!,’ always
repeating uniformly the same phrases.’
Here are
a man and a young girl. If we see the situation purely in terms of Kraepelin’s
point of view, it all immediately falls into place. He is sane, she is insane;
he is rational, she is irrational. This entails looking at the patient’s
actions out of the context of the situation as she experienced it. But if we
take Kraepelin’s actions (underlined above) – he tries to stop her movements,
stands in front of her with arms outspread, tries to force a piece of breed out
of her hand, sticks a needle in her forehead, and so on – out of the context of
the situation as experienced and defined by him, how extraordinary they
are!
A feature
of the interplay between psychiatrist and patient is that if the patient’s part
is taken out of context, as is done in the clinical description, it might seem
very odd. The psychiatrist’s part, however, is taken as the very touchstone for
our common-sense view of normality. The psychiatrist, as ipso facto
sane, shows that the patient is out of contact with him. The fact that he is
out of contact with the patient shows that here is something wrong with the
patient, but not with the psychiatrist.
But it one ceases to identify with
the clinical posture and looks at the psychiatrist-patient couple without such
presuppositions, then it is difficult to sustain, this
naïve view of the situation.
Psychiatrists have paid very little attention to the experience of the
patient. Even in psychoanalysis the is an abiding tendency to suppose that the
schizophrenic’s experiences are somehow unreal or invalid; one can make sense
out of them only by interpreting them; without truth-giving interpretations the
patient is enmeshed in a world of delusions and self-deception. Kaplan, an
American psychologist, in an introduction to an excellent collection of
self-reports on the experience of being psychotic, says very justly:
‘With all
virtue on his side, he (the psychiatrist or psychoanalyst) reaches through the
subterfuges and distortions of the patient and exposes them to the light of
reason and insight. In this encounter between the psychiatrist and patient, the
efforts of the former are linked with science and medicine, with understanding
and care. What the patient experiences is tied to illness and irreality, to
perverseness and distortion. The process of psychotherapy consists in large part
of the patient’s abandoning his false subjective perspectives for the therapist’s
objective ones. But the essence of this conception is that the psychiatrist
understands what is going on, and the patient does not.’(pp.102-108)
Laing’s penetrating
focus on experience which lies beyond
behavior and usually out of sight, offers
a radical perspective into social change. If we are being deceived, and we know
we are being deceived, and we know that we know we are being deceived; then we must
act or we will disappear! The question is how do we behave? What must we do to
protect ourselves?
The 17 + items below are articles and essays that reflect the crises that now challenge us. The increased technological controls over minds and bodies in society by a few owners raise questions about social resistance movements and shared visions of the future of the world.
Sincerely,
Francis Feeley

OK, here we go. Smoking
gun. Jackpot.
Right from
the horse’s mouth. Right from the man we’re told is the number-one COVID expert in
the nation. What Fauci says is golden truth.
Well, how about THIS?
July 16, 2020, podcast, “This Week in Virology”: Tony Fauci makes a point of saying
the PCR COVID test is useless and misleading when the test is run at “35 cycles
or higher.” A positive result, indicating infection, cannot be accepted or
believed.
Here, in techno-speak, is an excerpt
from Fauci’s key quote (starting at about the 4-minute
mark [1]):
“…If you get [perform the test at] a
cycle threshold of 35 or more…the chances of it being replication-confident
[aka accurate] are miniscule…you almost never can culture virus [detect a true
positive result] from a 37 threshold cycle…even 36…”
Each “cycle” of the test is a
quantum leap in amplification and magnification of the test specimen taken from
the patient.
Too many cycles, and the test will
turn up all sorts of irrelevant material that will be wrongly interpreted as
relevant.
That’s called a false positive.
What Fauci failed to say on the
video is: the FDA, which authorizes the test for public use, recommends the
test should be run up to 40 cycles. Not 35.
Therefore, all labs in the US that
follow the FDA guideline are knowingly or unknowingly participating in fraud.
Fraud on a monstrous level, because…
Millions of Americans are being told
they are infected with the virus on the basis of a false positive result, and…
The total number of COVID cases in
America—which is based on the test—is a gross falsity.
The lockdowns and other restraining
measures are based on these fraudulent case numbers.
Let me back up and run that by you
again. Fauci says the test is useless when it’s run at 35 cycles or higher. The
FDA says run the test up to 40 cycles, in order to determine whether the virus
is there. This is the crime in a nutshell.

Subject: [MCM] On the viral status of
SARS-CoV-2: Dr. Meryl Nass on Jon Rappoport's thesis
From Meryl Nass:
Dr. Thomas Cowan believes that no viruses exist. Dr. Andrew
Kaufman is science-light. Those are Mr. Rappoport’s guiding lights.
Why
did that CDC document written in February say CDC had no quantifiable virus
samples available? Because CDC was scamming the US citizenry by creating
a faulty test for Covid (and they were quickly informed that it was faulty, but
they did not fix it) and refusing to allow anyone else to offer a valid test,
until Feb 29. Of course they had the virus. But they were not
sharing their information nor any samples with anyone until forced, on Feb
29. I suspect this was part of a plan to allow the virus to spread
through the US in the absence of a means to detect it with tests. But
perhaps it was simply gross incompetence and hubris.
You
can call SARS-2 anything you want, but it acts like a virus. But it is
transmitted between people and some animals, whether
you choose to believe it is alive or dead. It is grown in labs. It is
transmitted between animals in labs. It can be destroyed (I call it
killed) in a broth, petri dish, test tube with a number of drugs. And its
relatives were experimented on in labs, after the progenitors were taken from
bats. And you have to grow them (viruses or whatever you call them) in
labs in order to experiment on them.
SARS-2
grows in cells in the back of the nose and throat at first, then moves into
more cell types and can kill you by initiating cell death, cytokine storm, hyoercoagulability.
No
poisons do that. It can only happen if the virus GROWS and MULTIPLIES.
Here
are some references, and I have included the beginning of the 3’d reference so
you can see for yourselves if this is a virus, has been isolated, cultured,
etc.

Abstract
Isolation of the new pandemic virus
severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is essential for
diagnostic and research purposes including assessment of novel therapeutics.
Several primary and continuous cell lines are currently used, and new organoid
and engineered cell lines are being developed for improved investigation and
understanding of the human immune response to this virus. Here we review the
growth of SARS-CoV-2 in reference standard cell lines, engineered cell lines
and new developments in this field.
Key
words: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus
2, SARS-CoV-2, virus culture, cell culture, respiratory virus
Introduction
Virus culture has been regarded as the reference standard of
diagnostics for decades, as it allows for identification and isolation of
active, replicating virus.1 However, more rapid
and sensitive molecular techniques, typically nucleic acid amplification tests
(NAAT), such as real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR), are now the major
routine diagnostic tests used in virology diagnostic laboratories. Particularly
with a novel or emerging virus such as severe acute respiratory syndrome
coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), there are certain circumstances where virus
isolation for diagnostic and research purposes remains important, including:
To test convalescent sera
for neutralising potential, for example as therapeutics for coronavirus disease
2019 (COVID-19) patients in intensive care units.
To determine whether infectious virus is
present, particularly to inform return to work for previously infectious
individuals such as health care workers; individuals with persistent PCR
positive results on serial follow-up samples for viral clearance purpose; or
when to discontinue transmission-based precautions for patients.2
As first line testing for
SARS-CoV-2 inactivation efficacy of potential preventative or therapeutic
compounds.
For use as positive
controls in the evaluation of molecular assays.3
The first culture of SARS-CoV-2
internationally was reported by Caly and colleagues in Melbourne, Australia on
28 January 2020 and the cultured virus was rapidly shared globally with other
researchers.4 The World Health
Organization declared the novel coronavirus a virus of Public Health Emergency
of International Concern shortly afterwards on 30 January, and a pandemic on 11
March 2020.
Initial studies of SARS-CoV-2 virus culture were performed
using the monkey kidney cell lines Vero-CCL81 and Vero E6.4 , 5 However, various
cell lines have been reported as able to sustain SARS-CoV-2 growth and offer a
closer approximation to the human immune response. We review here the growth of the virus in existing standard (monkey and
human) and engineered cell lines. We discuss the utility of human cell lines in
virus culture, and the potential for using these in human immunological
and other studies.
SARS-CoV-2 virus
isolation
The SARS-CoV-2 virus requires the angiotensin converting
enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor6 for
entry into the host cell. This receptor is expressed in lung epithelial
cells as well as endothelial cells lining the arteries, veins, capillaries,
small intestine, testes, renal tissue and cardiovascular tissue.7, 8, 9 Infection of the host
cell also relies on priming of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein by the
transmembrane serine protease (TMPRSS).6 The ACE2 receptor
is also used as the receptor for both SARS-CoV and the related human
respiratory alphacoronavirus NL63.8
Clinical samples being collected for SARS-Cov-2 nucleic acid
amplification tests are upper respiratory tract samples, typically sampling
both the nose/nasopharyngeal and throat (oropharyngeal) with (preferably)
flocked swabs, as recommended by the Australian Public Health Laboratory
Network10 and World Health
Organization.11 Lower respiratory
tract samples including sputum (if produced) and bronchoalveolar lavage are
collected if the lower respiratory tract is suspected to be involved, although
risk of virus aerosolisation is higher.11 The virus is
detectable by reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) in the stool of ∼30% patients, and while
this may not be infectious, SARS-CoV-2 in one stool sample from a Chinese
patient who died from COVID-19 was reported to be culturable after second round
passage.12 The virus is not
commonly detected in urine; only one of nine patients had a very low level of
SARS-CoV-2 in urine detected by real-time PCR in a study by Peng and
colleagues.13

The Rebutal:

Subject: [MCM] A key flaw in the Kaufman/Rappoport thesis: CDC did NOT
claim to have NO isolate of SARS-CoV-2
From Michael Green:
The only reason to spend time on Jon Rapport’s argument is that it
distracts from the undisputable facts and should be quashed to avoid wasting
more time.
We all agree that, if there is a SARS-CoV-2, it presents at most a minor medical challenge that has already been solved, and is being used as a pretext to shape the world into a medical martial law dystopia veering toward constant monitoring, tracking and control via external and internal devices powered by 5-G while wealth is extracted upwards. There was never a political point for 9/11 researchers to argue about whether a plane hit the Pentagon when all agreed that there was overwhelming interlocking convergent evidence that the Towers and B7 were taken down by controlled demolition, which implies the Big Picture on which we all agreed: 9/11 was a major false flag meant to reshape the world and should have been our sole focus.
Meryl Nass hasn’t paid sufficient attention to Jon Rappoport’s argument to appreciate how defective it is. Jon’s entire argument regarding the CDC document rests on a slanted systematic misreading of its text that becomes a deranged chant that the CDC as much as admits that it had no isolate of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2020/10/08/the-smoking-gun-where-is-the-coronavirus-the-cdc-says-it-isnt-available/
The CDC document simply states that it does not have a quantified isolate of the virus—i.e., it does not know the amount that it has—and it needs to know the minimal amount required to detect the virus with circa 95% sensitivity, so instead it is using a sample of full-length RNA of known density (titer) to determine that minimal amount. The CDC states that it wants to:
…determine the lowest detectable concentration of 2019-nCoV at which approximately 95% of all (true positive) replicates test positive. …Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/μL) (emphasis added) https://www.fda.gov/media/134922/download
The CDC never says or implies that it lacks an isolated SARS-CoV-2 virus; it says only that it does not know how much it has so cannot determine the minimal amount needed to detect it reliably (95% sensitivity). Please read the original Oct 8, 2020 Rappoport article in detail and compare it with the CDC statement. I am no friend of the CDC, whose criminal skullduggery in generating this faux plague is legion.
Meryl says that Kaufman is science-light but doesn’t say quite enough how. I have endured enough Andrew Kaufman MD interviews and articles to risk sounding foolish or doing him an injustice. Kaufman’s key objections rely on applying Koch’s Postulates, so he argues even when a new virus is isolated this doesn’t prove it causes COVID—this is Rappoport’s SOUP objection—until and unless it is isolated and used to infect someone who then comes down with the same disease. Kaufman fails to recognize that we can skip that step if there is a distinct clinical syndrome from whose victims that new virus is reliably extracted and identified and there is and has been. Kaufman’s dotty ideas that it might be something toxic fail before the facts. Consider a great honest practitioner like Didier Raoult, whose studies routinely showed using (fallible!) PCR testing that the virus was quickly cleared by HCQ + antibiotic, and of course even better with Zelenko’s zinc added. See also Kristian Anderson’s “The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2” that gives the precise genetic make-up including a gross insertion of 12 nucleotides into the virus genetic code that was needed to produce the furin cleavage site allowing the virus to enter the host cell. (Anderson performs the disinformation miracle of declaring this potent evidence of SARS-CoV-2 being a bioweapon—the codon insertions that belongs to no near relative of this virus—to mean just the opposite, that the virus naturally evolved.) Subject: [MCM] "The Year of Disguises": A devastating takedown
of the mask propaganda (and more), by an organic chemist who really knows what
he's talking about.
It boggles my mind when there is some notion that by wearing a
face covering you are actually
doing a “service” to your neighbor
and therefore everyone has to protect everyone by this. Actually,
the opposite is true. You are
now becoming an additional potential source of environmental
contamination.
You are now becoming a transmission risk; not only are you
increasing your own risk but you are also
increasing the risk to others.
That's just a little snippet of a
comprehensive expert analysis, not just of masks but the whole
paranoid "contagion" fantasy that's driving the disastrous
lockdown policies worldwide.
MCM
The Year of Disguises
https://www.aier.org/article/the-year-of-disguises/
2020
is a year of disguises. Some examples include computer odels/modelers disguised
as “science/scientists,” Tyrants/Dictators/Totalitarians disguised as “elected
officials,” propaganda machines disguised as “news sources,” brainwashing
disguised as “information,” censorship disguised as “public health safeguard,”
panic and fear disguised as “social responsibility.”
Even
the virus itself has been disguised by humans as an “apocalypse.” But, the last
part is not the doing of the virus, but the doings of a select number of humans
who are responsible for many of the other disguises as well. And if you look at
the totality of events in 2020, it is clear that the average citizen has been
treated generally less than human, certainly not as adults in any case.
I
believe we are in as great a crisis as a species as we have ever been. The
crisis is not from some seasonal
virus (which is a health issue), but it is from ourselves and what we have devolved into as a
species (social, cultural, ideological issues).
I
have debated with myself on how to approach the following essay. Under normal
circumstances, it would be easy. But, the topic has been so warped and
sensationalized into political and social hyperbole, it is difficult to get a
handle on it. I could go at it strictly from a scientific perspective, but that
would tune many people out.
After
about two weeks of my own internal debate and several versions, I have decided
to treat the readers of this essay as Human Adults. I will try to not get too
technical but rather use rational arguments to approach the issue of a viral
infection from the perspective of the virus molecule outside of the host, i.e.,
the natural environment.
Computer
modeling is “a” tool, not “the” tool. The model is only as good as the
assumptions put into the model. It has been clear from the start that the
modelers have NO idea of how a virus works in the natural world. They have
based their modeling on the assumption that the culprit is the human being. The
human being must be controlled in order to control the virus. This is
completely wrong. I hope to present arguments that illustrate the weaknesses of
the modeling concepts.
Human
Perception
The
natural perceptive abilities, i.e. the physical senses, of human beings are
quite poor. For example, we can see only a very, very small part of the
electromagnetic spectrum, illustrated as follows:
Consequently,
humans have difficulty understanding that which is not directly observable by
their senses. Size and mass we do okay at, providing we can see it. We tend to
have better abilities with larger things that we can observe. But, even size
perception has its limits. For example, many people cannot grasp the scope of
our universe.
Smaller
things, things we cannot see we have trouble with. We live, and have always
lived, in a world with things that are far smaller than our ability to detect
without some instrumental aid. For example, when I tell people that their
bodies are mostly empty space, they scoff. We have solid substance, they say,
we can feel it. I respond that the reason we feel it is solid is because that
is how our brain interprets it.
For
example, neutrinos are subatomic particles with no mass. They do not interact
with matter. We are bombarded by interstellar neutrinos throughout our lives.
They pass right through us. It makes no difference where you live because they
pass right through the Earth, too. You can live a whole lifetime and never have
experienced a collision of a neutrino with a cell in your body. Think about it;
is it difficult to grasp?
Yes,
neutrinos are exotic and basically of interest to physicists. But we exist in a
constant interaction with other not-so-exotic things.
Bacteria
and fungi, at the cellular level, exist at the micron scale (see the scale
diagram below). But, they have the cellular machinery to grow on their own,
i.e., their cells will divide and multiply as long as they have nutrients. We
cannot see them normally without a microscope. But, if they keep growing,
eventually we can see them (as things such as moldy bread, or mildew on the
wall), or even feel them (old vegetables that get a “slimy” feeling actually
have a bacterial plaque on their surface). Both bacteria and fungi can form
“spores” to protect themselves under harsh conditions. It is a form of
hibernation.
We
have bacteria and fungi in our bodies constantly. Our immune system usually
keeps them at bay, or more accurately, keeps them in balance. However, if our
immune system weakens, or if a balance is shifted towards the bacteria/fungi,
the balance can tip in their favor and we can experience disease. We tend to
have more difficulty with control of bacterial/fungal infections than viral
infections. In fact, the most common cause of a fatal outcome due to viral
infection, including coronavirus, is a bacterial infection.
The
reason the second week of infection is considered the worry stage is NOT
because of the virus; rather this is the time when a weakened immune system,
either by exposure or by losing the balance battle cannot prevent the
bacteria/fungi from taking off. Most people who die from influenza,
coronavirus, even rhinovirus, do so primarily from pneumonia (bacterial
infection) or some other systemic bacterial infection.
Other
things, besides fighting a virus, can weaken the immune system. Aging,
diabetes/obesity, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, lung disease, other
infections (viral/bacterial/fungal), stress, circulatory problems,
cardiovascular disease, and several others all can cause weakened immune
systems (that is why they are called “comorbidities”). Clearly, the number and
degree of conditions that weaken your immune system greatly increase the risk
of severe disease or death from any infectious disease (bacterial, fungal, or
viral).
All
of these things occur at a level where our senses cannot perceive them.
Fortunately, our bodies recognize these things at the molecular level and it is
our own chemistry (we call “biochemistry”) that intervenes, mainly in the form
of our immune system.

Subject: [MCM] Jill Stein wins a major (if belated) victory in
Wisconsin, for real elections (some day)
This
news is, to put it mildly, bittersweet, since this win has rather obviously
come too late to help repair the catastrophic damage, over decades, to the US
voting system, whose corruption has helped put us where we are today, with yet
another dubiouselection coming Tuesday. If the all-important issue of election
theft had not been either blacked out or laughed off as "conspiracy
theory," especially since Bush/Cheney's two fake victories (which brought
on and then maintained the "war on terror"), we wouldn't now be
"choosing" between a challenger who wasn't really nominated (just
like four years ago), and an incumbent who, the forensic evidence suggests,
wasn't actually elected (and clearly didn't even want to be).
Nor
was it just the corporate media that pooh-poohed the fact, and existential
danger, of election theft (until they pushed the fantasy that Russia somehow
"rigged" the vote last time), but also the left/liberal press,
which didn't just black out the story, but actively derided those who tried to
tell it. For details on that collaboration, see the afterword to the paperback
edition of my book Fooled Again, about the theft of the 2004 election
(with the flagrant acquiescence of the Democrats).
That
blackout continued through 2016, when the considerable evidence of theft was drowned
out by the mammoth propaganda chorus pushing "Russia-gate," which served
as an immense distraction from the high likelihood that Trump had been selected
not by Russia, but by the same players who've been managing the outcomes
of US elections for some time. Thus "Russia-gate" enabled the CIA and
its Mighty Wurlitzer (including the "left" press) to cloud the
issue once again; and so here we are today, with the Great Reset upon us, as
the "war on terror" hit us 19 years ago.
Kudos,
then, to Jill Stein (long since smeared as a Russian agent), as she's the only
US presidential candidate who's ever spoken out about this mortal danger to
US democracy (such as it is), and who then took bold steps to make that danger
less. (By contrast, Bernie Sanders, though robbed twice, said nothing,
much to his disgrace.)

BIG WIN FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY
The Stein 2016 #Recount campaign has won our court fight in Wisconsin,
overcoming the final obstacle to a groundbreaking
examination of voting machine source code by
defeating voting machine vendors' attempts to gag us from telling the
public
what we find.
Statement from the Stein Recount CampaignOctober 30, 2020
Contact: Stein2016Recount@gmail.comStein
Recount announces major legal win in Wisconsin, will proceed with
groundbreaking examination of critical voting machine
software. Former Green Party
Presidential nominee Jill Stein announced today a major victory for election
integrity in litigation
arising from the Stein 2016 presidential
recount. She celebrated the final defeat in Wisconsin's courts of voting
machine vendors' attempts to impose a gag rule on the Stein 2016 recount,
which clears the way for Stein's designated expert J. Alex Halderman to
finally inspect the code that runs many voting machines used in Wisconsin and
across the U.S., and disclose conclusions about the software;s reliability
and accuracy to the public.
"This is a major win for voters everywhere," Stein
noted. "The courts have affirmed that the largest manufacturer of
voting machines in the US, Election Systems & Software, has no right
to suppress the findings of our upcoming inspection of key election
software. That inspection will bring much
needed transparency and accountability to the software that counts our votes.
This win
affirms that corporations cannot shield
the voting software we rely on from public scrutiny. With election integrity
finally getting some much-needed attention, this is a huge victory for the
public's right to elections we can trust, that are accurate, secure, and
just,"
said Stein.
While celebrating the legal win, Stein bemoaned the voting machine
vendors' efforts to tie the case up in court for almost four years,
preventing the Stein recount campaign from
examining the voting machines before the 2020 election. "It's outrageous
that voting
machine vendors that profit from
government contracts have been able to use those profits to buy political
influence and prevent
scrutiny of their machines through legal
machinations," said Stein.
Wisconsin law allows campaigns that file for recounts the right to
inspect voting machine source code—the software that controls
the actual counting and tallying of the votes in
systems used across the country. Stein is currently involved in discussions to
plan the examination with the expert designated to conduct it, Dr. J. Alex
Halderman, professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the
University of Michigan and a leading expert in cybersecurity and
election technology. "This is a unique
opportunity for independent
scrutiny," said Halderman. "The
examination will give the public and officials a more complete picture of
election security risks and
ultimately help make voting more
secure."
This victory in Wisconsin is the latest in a series of wins for
election integrity by the Stein 2016 recount and subsequent
litigation. In 2018, Stein settled her recount lawsuit with the state of
Pennsylvania for a guarantee that the state would replace all paperless
voting machines with systems using
voter-verifiable paper ballots by 2020, and in 2022 would introduce
post-election risk-limiting audits to verify the vote before results are
certified. Stein took Pennsylvania back to court to demand decertification of
the flawed ES&S Expressvote XL ballot-marking devices, and while the
court ultimately ruled against decertification, the lawsuit played a role in
dissuading several counties from purchasing the machines.
Stein's recount litigation in Pennsylvania struck a critical
blow against the use of paperless Direct Recording Electronic
voting machines, and brought up-to-date election integrity practices to a
state that had been among the worst in the nation. The 2016 recount in
Wisconsin, while it did not include a full hand recount of all counties that
would be needed to truly verify the result, did bring unprecedented
transparency to the state's vote-counting process and led directly to the
state's decertification of Optech Eagle voting machines that were observed
miscounting ballots during the recount in Racine County. The recount
produced a mountain of data, which was analyzed by academics from MIT, Harvard,
and the University of Wisconsin, and put to use by election integrity
advocates and the Wisconsin Elections Commission to improve practices that had
led to 1 out of every 170 votes originally being miscounted.
The recount effort in Michigan, which was quickly halted by a
Republican-appointed judge's ruling that Stein lacked standing to
compel a recount, exposed glaring problems with Michigan's
elections, including an improbable 84,000 undervotes in the
presidential race, faulty machines concentrated in urban precincts that
broke down in large numbers, and a provision in state law
preventing the recounting of precincts where problems arose. In
Detroit, more than 80 ballot scanners broke down on election day
in 2016, and a whopping 60% of precincts were ruled ineligible for
recounting due to problems with the initial count. While the recount was
quickly halted, the national attention on Michigan's failings galvanized
the state to replace many of its faulty voting machines shortly after
the 2016 election.
"This is a huge win for voters everywhere who want elections
we can trust," said Stein. "Thanks and congratulations are due
to our
dedicated legal team, particularly Debbie
Greenberger and Chris Meuler in Wisconsin's litigation as well as Ilann Maazel
in Pennsylvania's, and the thousands of people who supported the recount
as donors and volunteers. This win for democracy belongs to all of
us."

entitled "Government by decree - Covid-19 and the Constitution". The
disputes over Brexit last year saw an attempt to make the executive, not
Parliament, the prime source of authority in the Constitution. The coronavirus
crisis has provoked another attempt to marginalise Parliament, this time with
the willing acquiescence of the House of Commons. Is this to be our future?
Lord Sumption is an author, historian and lawyer of note. He was appointed directly
from the practising Bar to the Supreme Court, and served as a Supreme Court
Justice from 2012-18. In 2019, he delivered the BBC Reith Lectures, "Law

Subject: [MCM] Tenured professor [that's me!] under fire for mask
comments (plus my update on what's happening right now)
There's been a troubling new
development.
A group of my departmental colleagues
has demanded that the dean order a "review" of my
"conduct," with an eye toward "disciplinary" action---i.e.,
my termination (or so they hope). The dean has been instructed by the Office of
Legal Counsel that he must order said "review," so he's appointed an
associate to do so.
My colleagues' "case" is based
on a barrage of falsehoods, or delusions, and gross distortion of the facts.
They claim that I discouraged my students from wearing masks (I did no such
thing), and---worse---that I "attack" students, maintain a classroom
that's not "safe," and engage in "hate speech."
That fantasy is based, first of all, on
their assertion that (get this) _I_ attacked the student who attacked ME: that
it's because of ME that she got nasty pushback after tweeting
her demand that I be fired. (I too was attacked on Twitter, but never mind.)
They also charge that I attacked the department---i.e. THEM---in my petition
(which doesn't mention them). Thus they justify attacking me by casting me as
the aggressor, with that student and themselves as my poor victims (much as
Hitler did with Poland).
On top of that projective fantasy, they
hammer at my putative "transphobia," based on three of my online
writings---a short piece I sent out to this list, and two facetious Facebook
comments. Thus they've revived a smear that was refuted back in March, by NYU's
Office of Equal Opportunity, after one of the letter's signatories reported me
for those "hateful" writings, and I was questioned on the matter for
an hour. The OEO's lawyers quickly grasped that what I'd written was about
transgender IDEOLOGY, NOT trans individuals; and that I'd made some wholly
non-offensive points (about biological males competing in girls' and women's
sports, and radical medical intervention in the sexual development of
children). So they immediately dropped it.
Although I beat that rap, my colleagues
are using it again, to make the absolutely groundless charge that I'm a
monstrous bigot who demeans his students. As I told the dean this afternoon,
this hallucination is, to put it mildly, utterly at odds with the consistent
popularity of my classes, my student evaluations over many years, and the
scores and scores of glowing emails I've received from students thanking me
profusely for the great experience they'd had with me (the sort of testament
that dedicated teachers cherish).
So this "review" is needless---and,
I figure, driven not just by my colleagues' ferocious zeal as Social Justice
warriors (let me note that several colleagues did not sign the letter), but, no
doubt, also by higher powers within the university, interested in somehow
shutting down an irritating figure with some little public profile. That I have
questioned propaganda narratives in which NYU is invested heavily (masks, COVID
panic, and---above all---unsafe vaccines, just to name a few) certainly is not
irrelevant to this renewed assault.
I will be sending out my colleagues'
letter (names redacted) for your perusal, with further commentary. Meanwhile, I
am very grateful for your warm support, and hope you will continue to share my
petition, which isn't just about my plight but about the free speech rights of
all who question propaganda narratives by seeking for the blacked-truth, and
doing their best to tell it.

those years because they had to, as their quasi-Christianist agenda could never
have majority support. The agenda of today's Democratic Party---lockdowns,
federal mask mandates, mandatory vaccination, sensitivity training,
"defund the police"---also doesn't have majority support; so the idea
that they would do what the Republicans have done time after time is not a
stretch.
We the People (such a quaint idea!) need
to get a grip, which means we need a voting system we can trust---and that
means we can't wink at evidence of fraud just because we like the (seeming)
outcome.

✅ Fairfax Virginia has switched
100,000 votes from Trump to Biden stating a “clerical error”
✅ Wisconsin discovers over 112k
Biden ballots between 3:30 am and 4:30 am
✅ Nevada has decided they won’t
have all vote counts in until Thursday
✅ Michigan has gained 138.339
ballots for Biden since they stopped counting last night. A whopping zero for
Trump
✅ 6 states trump has sizable
leads, all six states decided to stop counting ballots on election night
(unheard of) and they all have blue strong holds
✅ Jack from Twitter deletes the
current sitting presidents tweet on election night.
Glaringly obvious election interference
✅ LeeJoe, who was running for
district 16 senate seat in Idaho and stated so on his account profile, gets his
account deleted from Facebook not once but twice. Another example of a glaringly obvious election interference.
✅ North Carolina has 100% of
precincts counted with Trump in the clear lead and it’s not being called.
You don’t think we are watching a live
coup happen? They aren’t very good at hiding it, it’s
incredibly obvious to a logical person. The media told us ahead of time that
they, and only they, will decide who won.
